Thin walls, no sound isolation. There was renovation going on at the hotel during my whole stay. Drilling noise from morning till night.

Nothing really except the kitchen felt a bit under equipped for family with kids staying over a week, but perfectly fine for smaller group.

Excellent location and the spacious balcony. Clean and comfortable room for a good night sleep. Receptionist & staff were friendly, polite & helpful and dealt with all enquiries professionally.

The bedding and everything inside is very very basic. Kind of straight out of Ikea basics. We didn't really sleep so well because of the early morning sounds and bad found insulation.

It's a well located property. Nice neighborhood and happening spots nearby.

We booked an one house apartment but it turned out to be a tiny studio. Make sure you check the photos of the room you are booking before you book. The room had a sweaty smell that lingered for our entire stay. The A/C keeps changing the temperature in the middle of the night.

This place is excellent. The location is great near public transport and close to old town and BIM. Originally I had booked for one night and I just kept adding nights because I liked it so much. Nice clean and well-appointed rooms, great attitudes from the staff, beautiful courtyard, the host speaks English well, and excellent flexibility in letting me stay in the same room when adding additional nights. I really loved my stays here.

Don't book this! They are not serious with their clients and are horrible in communication and thiefs. We agreed that they have to put a baby bed in the room. The day of arrival I sent a reminder and they didn't respond until after many hours to say that they are out of town and couldn't fix it. After several attempts to call, whatsapp and message the property, they said that they are looking for a solution. They offered me a very very dirty baby crib for babies of maximum 6 months from another hotel, not suitable at all for a kid of 1,5 years. We couldn't provide our kid a safe place to sleep and she cried all night long because on the ground was to hard for her. On the bed between us didn't work aswell. So we put her asleep in the buggy for god's sake afters 6 hours non stop crying!!! After this horrible night, we agreed that they will refund us. But they refused behind our back and tried to win time by saying there are problems with the booking platform and with the bank. Even worse they credited our card 3 times those thiefs!! Worst experience of my life!
