Although the location is very central it is on a very steep hill, walking down was fine but getting back up was a struggle but taxis are cheap enough.

Location was great. Staff went out of their way to assist us and make recommendations. Breakfast was lovely. Our room with a sitting area overlooking the pool was huge and had great lighting! We only stayed 4 days and wished we could have stayed longer. It is a perfect property for a long stay.

This is a home which has been expanded into a boutique hotel. So a little haphazard but charming. Those looking for a hotel should look elsewhere.

We liked everything about this place.

We stayed in Villa Konak Hotel in October, 2022. It was nice to communicate on the reception, because the hotel staff was friendly and knew English very well. Our room and shared spaces were very-very comfortable and cosy. It felt like interior was made with excellent taste and much attention. Breakfasts (open buffet) were fresh and tasty. There was always a choice of fruits, vegetables, home made pastries... We were happy to see cats on shared spaces.

My wife and I chose Villa Konak based on its great reviews, but our stay surpassed even the best of them. During our stay my wife became ill (an intestinal condition) and needed urgent medical attention, and the staff at Villa Konak were absolutely incredible. They went out of their way to help us, and were really kind and caring while my wife was in hospital. The hotel itself is like a wonderful oasis of tranquility away from the busyness of Kuşadası, and its facilities and hospitality is unmatched. The delicious afternoon tea & cakes were exceptional, as were the breakfasts. So, highly recommended - Villa Konak is THE place to stay in Kuşadası!

Soundproofing let’s the hotel down. Walls between rooms are very thin. Windows are also not greatly insulated, so could hear noises from bars and other guests in the courtyard, along with the mosque at sunrise. As a light sleeper I didn’t have the best sleep - but my friend was fine!

Great location, close to shops and restaurants and sea front. Room was well furnished and cleaned daily. Hotel was a lovely little oasis with a good pool, nice staff and a great breakfast buffet. Complimentary afternoon tea was also delicious!

Down a steep hill to the town and port , ( not great coming back up, if older person or disabled). Bus ( Dolmus ) to get to a beach, a bit of a pain although very cheap and plenty of buses. A kettle would have been a nice touch in room although hot water was supplied in the restaurant 24/7

The Breakfast at the property was very good, mainly Turkish breakfast, cereal and fresh omelette was cooked when asked for. Location was fantastic short walk to the town.

The best property have I ever stayed in. Owners are very welcoming, helpful, smiling and kind all the time. Open to tourists, speaking English. Perfect home made breakfast with very big variety. Location is at the living heart of Kusadasi. You get a high value for what you pay. I more than recommend the property.
