The building is old and there was a musty smell (it was raining) in our suite, but for the price it was still very good

Mattress are way overdue for a change. Are basically lumpy and out of shape even without anyone sleeping on it.

Location in the old quarter. Scenic terrace. Wonderful and complete breakfast with lot of fruits, vegetables, prepared eggs, home made jam, dried fruits, bread, type of cheese...and every day something new. Stayed 4 nights. Room was clean and simple with two large windows and a view to the sea and had a refrigerator and kettle. Excel in service.

There was some noise locally from bars, but this is out of the control of the hotel. Antalya old city is buzzing!

Great hotel in busy Antalya! This is located on a quiet street but not far from the hustle and bustle. We had a small apartment-type complex with two rooms and a lovely balcony (where we were joined by a friendly cat). Super friendly staff who also made us up a small breakfast packet for our very early morning flight (huge thanks for this and for arranging the cab). Amazing breakfast on the terrace - what a view! Nice that the terrace bar is often open and that you can enjoy that space more, too. Lovely collection of books in different languages! Felt very homely.

The hotel is located at the heart of the atmospheric old town, Kaleici. Our room was very quiet at night. Very warm and helpful staff, who went above and beyond what we expected, offering assistance not only with our luggage, but with moving our car in and out of the narrow street in front of the hotel. Delicious breakfast was served on the rooftop terrace with great view of the harbor and surrounding area.

Cleanliness of the room was decent but could be improved. The bed still had hairs of varying colour and length on it. I think they washed it, but maybe loaded the washing machine too full so these don’t quite come out. The bathroom also had a little bit of a smell, but it wasn’t that bad. Carpet and floor were still a little dusty. But these were by no means deal breakers. You can still hear some street noise, which could be louder during peak season. We were woken up by the Adhan at about 6am during Ramadan.

The terrace view is amazing. 11/10 for the breakfast on the terrace (do note that breakfast is served in the courtyard if weather isn’t good). Room was spacious and bed was comfortable. There was enough storage space and were enough power points around the room. You can pick up complimentary water at the front desk. Hosts were super helpful/attentive and friendly. There was an aircon which was great.

Staff guys are the best, beds were supercomfortable, breakfast was delicious and every day different (we spent a week in Villa Tulipan). The overall vibe of the place is charming, especially the yard. The location is also great.

The rooms are quite dated and need some modernisation.

I challenge anyone to finish the breakfast provided. It is huge, varied and lovely. However, the best part of staying here are the owners and staff. They go out of their way to make sure you have everything you need and will help with any question you have. Thank you to Ozan, his brother and all the staff. Believe me, you will not regret staying here.

I was lucky to find charming sweet place in the middle of ancient city of Antalya. It’s a family boutique hotel, nice Dutch family is running. Those people re very attentive and kind and hotel itself is full of beautiful little details, paintings etc - very cozy place in ancient building with big balconies,is perfectly located in the center of an ancient city with the sea views and very tasty breakfast. Location of the hotel is perfect for enjoying the old city of Kaleici. Rooms are clean and tidy. What you see on app is what you get when you're there. Receptionist is very helpful (sorry I forgot his name). Right from picking us from airport to dropping to bus station - he helped to arrange it. In fact, he even upgraded our package to provide us extra hall room. He always gave a genuine and sincere response whenever we asked for information about travelling or in general about the city.

We arrived on Saturday evening after a long day and two flights feeling very tired. Despite of this I was not able to get sleep until 5 AM. The music from some nearby bar ended maybe at 1 AM, but after that there were loud people on the streets and finally someone with bongo drums and weird noises... the next nights were better, but i recommend to take some ear plugs with you... just in case.. :)

The rooms were lovely and authentic. The breakfast was wonderful. Staff was helpful. After staying in Villa Tulipan we moved to a highly rated 5* hotel in Belek, but I would say that our whole family slept better in Villa Tulipan (except for one night...). Location was also good.

We had a great upgrade with a beautiful room with a great balcony and view. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Great breakfast in a great rooftop with a beautiful view. It was very conviniently located. Great value! I would go back!

Our room was on top floor with no elevator, we were ok with that but senior travellers or families may not be. You can get help with your luggage though if you need any

The location is ideal if you plan to explore Kaleici; it's near to all attraction and nightlife, but the room was quiet enough at night. Had delicious breakfast on the terrace overlooking the old town and marina; it's worth stopping over for even if you're not staying here :) Also exceptionally lovely staff, friendly and helpful, provided us with a welcome drink, info on the neighbourhood and even packed sandwiches for us when we were checking out early in the morning. Above and beyond my expectations.
