Beautiful, clean and spacious. The host was friendly, and shared important details about the main tourist attractions. The rooftop terrace was well arranged and we took many good clicks of the hot air balloon.

Mr Osman and his staff go above and beyond to help the guests. They offer complimentary soft drinks, Fresh Juices anytime during your stay. They also helped to safely store our luggage after check out as our flight was only in the evening. They allowed us to use the facilities after check out which was awesome. Room itself was very clean and awesome. We enjoyed every minute of our stay here.

Everything was so perfect. Osman is very friendly, helpful and smart. He can speak multiple languages. He helped to arrange everything you need, right away. The hotel is walking distance to the observation desk, so you can go there to see hot air balloon in early morning. Breakfast is good as well with so many variety of snacks.

Everything - breakfast is super, the staff is super kind and speak multiple languages, the view from their terrace is amazing. They also organize trips and convenient transfers to the airport. If I come back to Cappadocia, I will book again in this hotel. Grazie di tutto!!

The room was spacious and clean, the views were great and the breakfast was delicious. The owner was very kind, we had fun conversations and he also booked activities for us.

The shower drain is on the side, so when you take a normal shower the whole bathroom floor will be flooded.

The staff were very accomodating and very helpful especially with the tours. The room is very spacious with a little lounge area, the bathroom is also big.

The room is bigger than we thought, the suite has 2 separate room inside with living area with jacuzzi style bathtub, 2 heater so you wont feel cold at all during winter, hotel also walking distance 200m to the town, rooftop to watch hot air balloon, great breakfast-you can ordered freshly cooked omelet/scramble eggs/soft boiled eggs/cappuccino/hot chocolate. fridge full with water bottle and snacks, all for free. the owner very kind, they serve us with hot chocs for kids and turkish tea for us once we arrived.

The location and property of Vineyard hotel was absolutely perfect. We were truly surprised with this hidden gem especially considering we booked it the night before. It is tucked away in a side street from the city center only a 5 minute walk from great restaurants. The property also has parking lot which came in perfect for our rental car.

Nothing really, everything was just WONDERFUL

One of the best hotels we stayed in Turkey! GREAT breakfast , stunning views from the terrace, very quaint courtyard (reminded me of my grandfather's house in India). The hotel manager offered tours without being pushy, he was easy and fast to communicate with, knows many languages and is very considerate. He even packed a cold sandwich for my son who had to leave earlier for his flight before breakfast time!

Osman and his brother were very welcoming and kind. They were always ready to assist us with anything we needed The place is beautiful with beautiful views from the roof top. The breakfast buffet had a very good selection of food. Overall a brilliant experience. Would definitely refer family to visit.

More windows & sunlight in the cave room would increase the satisfaction level of the guests.

Room was quite well decorated and it was spacious; All basic amenities were there and location of the hotel is also quite good(almost in the center of gerome).Roof of the hotel provides excellent view of the city and ottoman style dresses are kept overthere for photography. Owner of the place(Osman) is a very humble guy and ensures that guests remain satisfied throughout there stay. Breakfast was quite nice and everything was carefully selected and one can enjoy local dry fruits and bakery products during breakfast. Overall, our experience was quite good and we enjoyed the weather and city view during our stay in vineyard cave hotel.

Everything was great!!

The property is really nice! The caves are very traditional and they have two Terrance, one for having breakfast and the other one (in a higher floor) with the carpets and really good views!
