The staff were friendly and advised us on what trips we should do during our stay. The breakfast was substantial and felt very traditional (we think!). The rooms had nice decor and the terrace (along with complimentary orange juice) was amazing. You could see the hot air balloons from our bedroom window

The large inside the apartment to get to the room. Maybe have some extra steps built in for safety.

Actual cave hotel so very unique, the view at sunrise was amazing, the terrace was good and rooms are large. Free snacks and drinks with the room. The breakfast was good.

Ozman is the perfect host. He speaks lots of languages and helps you to organize tour and experiencies. We really love our room, the position and also breakfast. Also Wi-Fi is very good. Everything perfect. Highly recommended.

Nothing. This is a great cave hotel which allows you to immerse yourself in the local culture. I’m not sure they can accommodate those with limited mobility. Best to ask Osman prior to arrival.

This was our second stay and are happy we returned. Osman and his family are wonderful hosts and guides both while we were there and prior to our arrival by helping arrange tours and offering assistance. We will definitely return!

A great hotel in a great location. Easy to walk to Goreme town and near to all the tour companies. The best breakfast we had in Turkiye so far. Mr Osman and his family were friendly and the service was excellent. I will highly recommend Vineyard Cave Hotel !

Nothing - the trip was absolutely perfect!

Even before I arrived at the hotel, Osman, the charming host of Vineyard Cave Hote,, was in contact to ensure that my trip went as smoothly as possible. Throughout my stay, he continued to provide recommendations, helped me in organising tours and transfers to and from the airport, and offer endless Turkish tea and coffee. The accommodation itself was very special: the spacious set of rooms was carved out of a cave! The breakfast spread was extensive with plenty of Turkish specialities. I could not recommend Cappadocia highly enough, and Vineyard Cave Hotel as the place to stay!

the hotel manager (Osman) is really nice guy, speaks a lot of languages (including Portuguese) and helped us a lot there. The room was simple but very clean and the shower was VERY good. Also they provided us juice/tea/coffee/water free during the day. In the early morning you can see the balloons flights in its rooftop. I definitely recommend this hotel.

Osman the hotel manager was an exceptional host that gave us detailed information on what to do in the area. He helped give us a few rides and organized our shuttles as well. The man also speaks about 6 languages. The breakfast was also very good, room spacious and neat.

The owner-Osman is a very nice host and very helpful, the room is very nice, spacious and comfortable, breakfast was lovely, we loved their fresh squeezed orange juice, the hotel has a nice high vantage point overlooking Goreme, service is very warm, we enjoyed our stay very much.

The view and the room are very unique and the whole hotel stuff is very kind and very very helpful, they will help you by everything you want and make your stay perfect, they also helped us get to the airport because our transfer didn't come. that was really good and also if you want to do some tours, you will get the best price.

Everything was perfect

I loved the fact that it is owned and run by locals and not by some multinational hotel chain brand. The family who run it are some of the most amazing people i have met during my travelling life. You feel the personal touch. The person i liked the most was hassan(osman's and burat's father) who took us on a guided tour. He was born and spent all his life in gerome so you can get to hear personal stories and have a unique experience which no other guided tour can provide. During the tour he was not only polite, flexible, patient but also very funny. And the price he charged was honestly less thn what he should charge. At the age of 61 he is still very passionate about his job. Osman's brother burat was a hidden hero..he welcomed us both days on breakfast and ensured me and my family have a great time..breakfast was amazing and it has too many options. And last but not the least osman was very helpful with regards to booking our tours..airport transfers and hot airballon rides...he was very accommodating and we never felt uncomfortable or exploited..he gave us great rates and we never had to negotiate.. Hassan did a great job raising his kids and they are running their beautiful boutique hotel business in a kind compassionate and professional way..will visit them again...regards

Amazing big room with historic charm, traditional character and an enormous bathroom with spa bath. Gorgeous shady courtyard and 2 beautiful terraces with lovely views. Wifi was great and I was able to work on the top terrace in the sun. Loved my stay here. It really cheered me up after lockdown. Many thanks to Osman for being an attentive and kind host.

Everything about the hotel and its services was exceptional - the owner was very friendly and helpful, they have variety of foods for breakfast, location was very strategic (you can view hot air balloons from the balcony and dining area), walking distance to the town and affordable.
