The rooms ar quite small and the room we had was quite noisy in the night. There is a lot of party. If you want your room to be cleaned you need to tell the staff and they clean the room.

The staff was really friendly and helpful. They helped us to rent a car and calling a taxi getting back to the airport. The facilities are a bit smaller than on the pictures and in general the state of the facilities needs some renovation. Apart from that it is a nice stay for a few days to get around. The area itself of the hotel is close to the tram station and you get everywhere.

Nothing, I genuinely loved this hotel

I lived this property. We booked 7 nights. It’s tucked away up a lane with plenty of restaurants right on your doorstep. Room was spotless, bed was so comfy and the staff are unbelievably helpful. Couldn’t ask more and would defo recommend anyone staying here if visiting Izmir

It was a nice hotel for the money, but we didn't expect the room to be that small. But luckily we were out all day long, so it wasn't much of a problem. So if your traveling for work, it's a nice stay. The biggest problem for us was soundproofing. There were some loudly guests on the room next to us, and sometimes we couldn't sleep because of the noise.

It is located in a noisy place and at night I had problems to sleep. Besides, it was not very clean, the bathroom trash from the former guests was still there and we found a cockroach on the second night. Als the room is very small and for lower prices there are better options..

The room is tiny, but we knew that. Every word of conversation in the hallway can be heard through the door of the room, but since it's a small hotel it's not a big issue.

The garden room is nice

The hotel was nicely located - restaurants, bars and shops are there soon as you step out of the hotel. The manager was very helpful and friendly and could communicate well in English which is a plus. The accommodation is comfortable and clean. I would recommend this place highly.

The standard rooms were small but beautiful and had everything we needed. Comfortable lobby downstairs with complimentary tea and lemonade is a nice touch. The location in Alsancak was excellent for going out but quiet enough that getting to sleep wasn't a problem at all.

The property is located within a lively area of Izmir. 24 hour desk service, Wifi is excellent, rooms are exceptionally clean, staff respond immediately to every request. The area is safe, friendly and there are an endless number of businesses in the area catering for all tastes. It is interesting to note that many locals from outside this area prefer to visit and spend time here. Taxis are plentiful and affordable connecting visitors to the many sites Izmir has to offer.

The price was a bit high for the type of hotel and the size of the room. You pay because of the location.

Excellent location close to many bars/restaurants and also to public transport. Very friendly guy at the reception, quite helpful and nice to keep our luggage for 2 days after check-out. The room was small but quite comfortable nonetheless.

The room had a lot of noise, it was first floor and everyday there was a party on the streets (even on Sunday). A little bit hard to sleep.

Room was very small, it had everything we needed but it's definitely more appropriate for a single person rather than a couple. No extractor fan, so paired with the heat the bathroom did smell a little.

Excellent location - lovely street, close to loads of nice restaurants, walking distance from the trams. Very nice man at reception, I forgot to ask his name but he was very kind and helpful.
