The original room offered in block B was noisy despite our request for quite room as it was above the bar which has loud music at night. Some of the staff were not very helpful.

The location away from the centre of Antalya suited us perfectly and it was short walk of the coastal path. Breakfast was adequate and it was able to eat outside.

Some parts of the hotel are in disrepair and need to be fixed. The king suit does not have elevator access and their are not handrails on the stairs.

The staff were friendly, one of the waiters in the restaurant was excellent for our entire stay.

There is an info that blow out is for free but when i went there I had to pay cuz apparently its just for some programme clients, that no one informed me abut before. It wasnt too expensive but I would like to know the conditions before i decide to take the service.

The staff were a bit standoffish. When we got to our room, it was clear that someone had been smoking inside because it reeked and there were multiple cigarette butts in the bathroom bin and a packet on the table. There was also a random mobile phone and list of hotel guests names on the table as well. When I went down to return these items and inform the staff of the smoking they didn't say anything and seemed annoyed at us. We aired our room out and it was fine but the staff were not very friendly.

The hotel was quite nice, the pool area was fun and the breakfast was pretty good. It was all well decorated and the room was good value for money. The location was also not too bad, I enjoyed the area.

The only thing I could say is that they need more storage for your clothes etc.

I would like to thank the reception staff for making our stay very comfortable. When we arrived, we had a standard room booked. The man at reception automatically upgraded us to a large deluxe room for free. He did everything he could to help us. We were so happy about this as the standard room was quite small for 2 of us. They will help you as much as they can. We had a fantastic stay, the breakfast was nice, rooms cleaned everyday with fresh towels. I couldn't fault the hotel. We met so many amazing people . We also got a free wash and blow dry at the hotel. Overall we are so happy with our stay and will definitely book Azuu again.

Only one complaint to an otherwise very pleasant hotel The patio and pool is plagued by flies all day long. And I do mean plagued. Its as if the Australian outback has arrived in Antalya. After a few minutes you run for cover back into the hotel. I feel sure that a couple of well placed bug electrocutors could ease the problem.

The staff are exceptionally friendly and kind. The breakfast choice is fantastic. The bar area is great with a well stocked range of beers and spirits. The food in the restaurant is good and serves food up to 9pm.

Nice hotel, 20 mins from city center, and a bit far away from the beach, the beach close to the hotel is not for swimming, to go to the beach, you need to drive 25 mins to Lara beach

New block air conditioner to far away from bed in bathroom corridor so ineffective. Very noisy with people arriving on late night flights and leaving early for rooms in corridor from lift to main door. Rugs on floor terrible trip hazard as slips on tiled floor Mirrors not fitted to walls at risk of falling ( I was advised this is a modern design effect) Breakfast staff not very helpful possibly need more help for the amount of rooms. Fruit juices, water, milk and melon all warm and need to be chilled. Breakfast plates were always hot having just come out of dishwasher so need more and cutlery. On my previous stay for dental treatment the breakfast was more varied with more fruit variety, yogurt, porridge. Now for the English too much salad and herb variety taking priority over traditional breakfast foods.
