The room needs a facelift.

I loved the staff. They made you feel as if it were your home. They had a traditional Turkish breakfast which was quite a production and I thoroughly enjoyed it.

Rooms here are spacious and well-maintained. The decor is perfect for the location. The breakfast was exceptional. There were easily 20 small plates delivered to each table. Not a buffet but directly to the table. There was plenty for each of the three of us and we couldn't eat all of the food provided. Breakfast included traditional Turkish breakfast offerings. Staff were extremely helpful throughout our stay offering bottled water and directions for local points of interest.

It was a bit noisy. Our room was right above the pool and I could hear people talking there until midnight. The walls are also on a thinner side. We woke up (unintentionally) together with the guests in the adjacent room. They were probably also a bit loud packing and getting ready for the day at 5 am.

Location is great. It’s within walking distance to Pamukkale lower gate and to all the restaurants.

The location and the breakfast is very good.They served fully vegetarian breakfast and tried hard to make a lot of varieties. Mr.Oliver & other staff is very good ,helpful.Oliver made our stay very comfortable.He guided about the neighbourhood and also sent to very famous turkish Hammam .What an amazing experience!

specious room, comfortable bed. friedly staffs, especially Mal, who took us to the nearby restaurant for dinner and found out that our pre-arranged diriver did not contact us, so Mal assisted us to get a transfer to airport for next morning flight. Thank you, Mal.

All the staff or rather would say the owners also who were handling the front office, kitchen, etc were extremely friendly courteous, they really very helpful and informative about any queries we had, special thanks to Oliver who was a adventure person himself who shared his bike tour experience was truly worth listening to, thank you all for such a wonderful stay.

The lighting in the room was inadequate.

The hotel is very conveniently located for visiting Hierapolis and the hot springs. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The room was very big and clean, but the layout and facilities were a bit lacking in logic. Unfortunately we were not able to sample breakfast as we left early to get to the south entrance by 6:30. The pool area looked nice.

Our first room had some issues with lights and bathroom smell. The management moved us to a larger room for free for the second night. The second room did not have any issues.

The staff was friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The room was big, very clean, and the beds were extremely comfortable. The hotel grounds were kept up very nice with beautiful turkish decor.

The room, though we were upgraded from a twin room. The fittings, decor and layout were just baffling - but it was clean. It seemed like all the components that a hotel has were gathered up then badly put together. The floor was uneven. The shower could have been a tub - to better take advantage of the mineral water in the hotel. The room had a huge amount of space but it was wasted by a poor layout. There was a lot of noise from chairs scraping on the floor in the lobby, the street noise was to be expected.

The hospitality at White Heaven is spectacular. All the staff were friendly, helpful and just lovely. We were welcomed with the most restorative tea and beautiful orange almond cake. The lobby is quite large and filled with Turkish rugs, cloth, lamps etc. The garden and exterior of the hotel is looking fantastic and still being worked on. Before our stay, Ali was helpful over What’sApp arranging an airport transfer and balloon flight. While we were in the hotel Mel couldn’t do enough to help us - he drove us to drop off points, provided extra towels and trip advice. We’re really grateful for the support. The bed linens and towels were great quality and the bed was quite comfortable. There was an abundance of free bottled water (the tap mineral water isn’t drinkable).

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the White Heaven Hotel in Pamukkale, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles and treated like family by the entire staff. One of the highlights of our stay was the fantastic Turkish breakfast that the hotel provided. The selection of traditional dishes was simply mouthwatering, and it was a great way to start our day exploring the beautiful surroundings. I must also mention Mel, the manager of the hotel, who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. On one occasion, I had forgotten my laptop in an outside restaurant, and Mel personally took the initiative to retrieve it for me. His dedication to customer service was truly impressive and greatly appreciated. The hotel itself was comfortable and well-maintained. The rooms were clean and spacious, offering a peaceful retreat after a long day of sightseeing. The location was also convenient, with easy access to the stunning natural wonders of Pamukkale.

Amazing hospitality. The hotel owner and staff are very warm welcoming and helpful. The hotel itself is a short walk away from the travertines. The room is spacious and comfortable and the breakfast they serve is great.

very helpful team! my mother cannot walk much due to her knees, and the hotel staff drove us to nearby restaurants on both nights our airport pick-up was late and the hotel helped call taxi for us promptly
