It was old and needs refurbishment asap. It wasn’t clean and there was black hair all over the room. One of the pillows smelled like the person that used it before me. I had to clean myself as when the cleaners cleaned, all they did was make the bed and empty the bins. They didn’t even change the bed.

The prices of the spa are really high in comparison to other spa’s and hamams nearby.

It wasn’t so clean our room with the hot bath, when I put it on the hot bath was a lot of hairs getting out from the tub disgusting.

What I like the most was the reason that the property was near of the Bilem Beach even thought I didn’t know that we should have paid for the entrance to the private beach. I’d like to return why not but if they change the staff.

I loved the spa

It was average . The staff hang out at the pool, it was a bit off putting. The pool is really small and only has 2 beds. The beach isn’t a beach and is expensive. I preferred to go to the sandy beach , which was a cab ride away. The breakfast is average . The location was ok, it’s close to the market , on a Sunday. The local restaurants were really good.

The pictures showing the pool are misleading. There is currently a seating area with decking above the pool which would block a lot of the sunlight. The pool is also right next to the (very quiet, back) road and in front of reception. Not a big deal but not the ideal location. Location wise then it depends on the reason for the trip, there is not a handy beach or much in the way of entertainment in close proximity. Plenty of shops not far away and loads of restaurants. This hotel is adults only but I feel the entire area is more suited to adults than children. Not too much for children to do around this area.

Breakfast was a full plate of food. I would have preferred a buffet option but I think due to the time of the year the hotel was not very busy so there was not the requirement. Hotel staff were excellent, could not do enough for you, I would give them top marks. Hotel was nice inside, our room was a bit small, but it was a standard room, we could have paid more for a bigger one but no requirement on this trip. The spa looked lovely but we did not make use of it on this trip.

the staff is very kind, starting from the gentleman who was at the check-in at 4 am ... to the boy who took my car to a safe parking lot. The Russian girl from rucevi, in addition to being very pretty, was very kind and caring.

The hotel its old, he needs to be refurbished, the wal of the room they needed to be painted and also the bathroom. The towels for the shower very old and sometimes with hole. It's hotel and spa, the price its higher and you need to pay for using the sauna.

The staff was friendly and helpful. They provided the towels for the beach.

Breakfast was so so bss Turkish standard, I expected better quality and diversity.

very friendly, professional staff. relatively quiet place for sleep (compared to surroundings). Few private beaches around, you need to pay a fee to enter. I recommend beach by The Marmara Antalya hotel.

It isnt really a beachfront property so that wasn't true, they need to get bigger blankets for the bed it was very small. There was no pool as suggested in the pictures but rather a tiny pool.

The Hotel was clean and neat and staff very helpfull , even got out taxi for the airport. Breakfast was good and had a good variety
