I started to dislike this hotel (despite being here 5 times): blasting music up to 23:00 and more from the concert zone close to the main pool. You can't escape even if you close all the windows. If they offer you to change the room to a faraway building, but there is another disco (even loud) from the closest hotel :(( It seems they don't care about kids and if they want to sleep. Another moment is a Yamaha mini-car with VERY noisy engine that could come back and forth on the beach road while you are having your cocktail or walking in the park. They don't care about all these important things.

It's a 5-star hotel with a nice beach and territory full of pines — a very cozy and nice place.

At this Xanadu you have to pay extra for some of the items that are included at others. For example, the bowling at €7,,2 of the 3 a la carte restaurants (a punchy €30 a head), the video games Being picky the omlettes tend to have a slightly burnt oil flavour and the, very well cooked, barbecue items always have a slight background taste of chemical accellerant. Again, being picky, there aren't any options for jumping into the sea off the pier which is a bit of a bore when travelling with teenagers

Very well run, high service all inclusive. Good range of drinks. Good range of food, mostly well cooked, especially the Turkish options in particular the wraps when available. The pools are a good size and the slides and really excellent (3 older child /adult ones) some smaller children slides. There is a pleasant beach area and lots of space. The beds are very comfortable The staff were universally pleasant and accommodating and you almost never have to wait for anything. The rooms were beautifully presented and there was no intrusive noise. The entertainment was engaging enough I actually went and I normally hate that stuff

Could be good idea, if all hotels, make arrangements to groups of shoppers: lady’s or families go to the center to shopping in a mini bus. One mini 🚌 to go shopping and drive back to the hotel

Although the bungalows were very nice and clean, the rooms could do with a bit of a refurb.

Fantastic all inclusive hotel! Excellent facilities, activities and entertainment for children, teens and adults. A great entertainment team, especially Willy! Your holiday can be as lively or as peaceful as you want at this hotel. The food is excellent, the cocktails served in the adult cocktail bar were amazing and we also dined in the 2 free al a carte restaurants (Turkish and Italian) which were also great! Great food available all day, drinks, snacks, ice creams. All the staff were friendly and couldn’t do enough for us.

Since we have been coming to Belek since 2013 almost every year, we noticed that there are more and more romanian tourists and it will be convenient and appreciated if the hotel staff would include romanian language in their shows and programs like other languages. Another thing was the variety and quality of the drinks but it’s always room for improvements.

Mini fridge was good for drinks, but could have provided snacks like nuts/crisps in room Animation was disappointing as whilst we were there for the 8 days, it was acrobatic dance all the time… variation would have been good The week we were leaving… there was going to be magic show and theatre type show…. Unlucky as we got 8 nights of same dance

The food in the main restaurant are always the same everyday. We stayed 8 days, that was too much to eat the same breakfast, lunch and dinner everyday.. but the quality of the food was excellent and huge variety .. One more thing, there are lots of mosquitoes in the garden :-(

Clean, amazing staff, very friendly... the hotel rooms are clean, the rooms are not big but also not small. The pools are very nice, and lots of activities.

Nothing, every thing was perfect

I liked the stay very much in the resort, the parties every night, the activities are suitable for all ages, all the time there are activities for children and adults, areas suitable for children and another are suitable for adults, we were never bored, there was always something to do The food is very tasty and suitable for all tastes, there are several restaurants inside the resort, we tried the Turkish and Italian restaurant, really delicious, and there were drinks and ice cream all day, the food, drinks, ice cream and Turkish pastries are very delicious, you cannot feel hungry here! I fell in love with the resort and will be back every time I came here in belek i will stay in this resort

The location is very far and only Taxes can get to the hotel. Shuttle could solve this problem. Their is no enough waters near the pool.

The staff was very nice, the hotel is full of activities for the baby. The view is great. The shows is very good shows. The waters are very nice and give a good service. The food is very delicious A great value to the price.

Everything was lovely, staff , food at Buffett was all good, my only complaint is the flies around the salad bar, I have been to many all inclusives, however did big eat salad for the 3 days I was there because of the files , everything else was perfect
