Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

BelgiumThe room was really small, and there were no places to hang anything in the rooms/showers, we had a tough time trying to find a place to keep stuff like towels and clothes! It’s not too big of a problem but it makes life a lot easier to have a few hooks.
The hosts were lovely people, they helped us a lot with the transfer and everything! The breakfast was fantastic, the location is perfect in the beautiful village of Birgi, it is an old house with its traditional charm and I loved it! The rooms were clean, and there are two lovely doggos in the compound!

Birgi is and should always be a worthwhile experience for all travellers to Türkiye and Yeni Gelin Evi is a gorgeously restored and maintained authentic architecture with the added experience of being in a farming community. The breakfast was definitely the best we had in Türkiye. Fresh local produce freshly cooked and beautiful home made jams. Very welcoming
