Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

HungaryThe refrigerator and dishes in the room were not clean. The accommodation is far from the center, but all attractions are accessible by bus. The bathroom is disproportionately small. There is a construction site nearby, but fortunately they did not disturb us during our stay and the reception warned about the construction period.
The staff working at the reception were helpfull. They were available day and night. One of them helped us with everything during our trip beyond his working hours. Thanks again :).There is a also a grocery store but in the neighborhood there is a small restaurant where they offer really delicious food and they are very kind. Wifi worked perfectly. The size of the room is large and comfortable.

The appartment was clean, and the bathroom. Great Air conditioning, balcony view of the mountains in our double twin room. Lift in building very helpful, and the most FRIENDLIEST and SUPER attentive staff 24/7!! Local shop "BIM" just 3 min walk across, then "Migros" supermarket 10 minute walk, and "Metro" store opposite with cash machine. Thank you Levatt and team for your amazing hospitality!!

MaldivesBad smell from the apartment, we were not able to open the windows due to the bad smell from outside.. The hotels restaurant kitchen was ground floor and our room was just above that, all the bad smells from the vents were in our room.. We have complained about it, but they said its due to the changing season.. The sofas were stinky too.. we were unable to use them.. There were no toiletries...the location is far from.
Apartment was spacious..location is somewhat okay..the staff were helpful though.

MontenegroThere was no blanket, i had to use the cover! The floor was dirty enough and socks became dirty as well. Also there were no any towels, so I had to cancel the idea to have a shower. In front of the hotel there was small construction, the view from a window wasn't nice. Sound isolation in the room I would score on 3 from 5. No restaurant or cafe inside the hotel, only kitchen and your own products to cook... cheap but uncomfortable apartment
Rodom was quite big, own kitchen and bathroom were inside. Quite good WiFi. Price for 35 euro was reasonable and even cheap in comparison with the neighbours. Supermarket was very close to the hotel.
