Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The hotel is an old hotel but very comfortable. The rooms are spacious. The location is great. You can go everywhere on foot. The stuff was very friendly and Nuri Bey did his best to meet all our needs.

EstoniaThis hotel has seen better days but if you are looking for a quiet stay with a really good value for money I would definitely recommend it. Wi-Fi in the room was quite slow but fortunately in the lobby area it worked great. Breakfast was rather limited.
Our space had 2 separate rooms, a balcony plus a bathroom with a bathtub. The bed was comfy, staff friendly and the location awesome with just a 5 minute walk from the beautiful Kültürpark Izmir.

NetherlandsThe hotel is a terrible nightmare. The photos posted on their site regarding the rooms do not correspond to reality. The carpet is very old and completely dirty, the walls are dirty and the bathroom is moldy and rusty. The bathroom is very outdated. the curtains hang loose and are brown and stained with dirt. Even the sheets were stained and not clean. I put a blanket over it that I had with me so I could sleep in it. At night I woke up from guests in and then at your room, probably because of an escort visit. This can also be explained because there are nightclubs in the immediate vicinity. After seeing the miserable room I decided not to have breakfast there. After all, I wonder how hygienic this can be. The staff said that there is no open buffet and they only give a plate of breakfast. The staff is only 2 of the same men. No cleaning staff or service staff seen. I have experienced disappointments with hotels before, but this beats everything! The staff wore slippers!! Not representative at all. I paid 108 euros for 2 nights and can say that it is perhaps worth 20 euros because you have a roof over your head and use electricity and water. If you don't want to be disappointed, please don't go there! In one word: terrible!!
That we were more outside the hotel than inside because we did nit want to be there!
