The button to turn on the shower was covered with limestone so difficult to use.

Excellent and informative hosts, Ali and Gökhen. Homely atmosphere. Breakfast was very good. Kitchen staff were good. It was great that the balloon trip was organized by hosts. Location is excellent. Accommodation was neat and clean. Lovely balcony area to watch balloons and to have breakfast.

The location was good, right in the centre but away from the main road, basic room but only used it as a base as we were out every day. Breakfast was good with loads of variety The owner was very helpful and went out of his way to help

This Hotel is in a great location, just off the main street so quiet at night, but only mins away from the restaurant cafes & shops. The Hotel Manager & his team were friendly & always there to help. Breakfast was delicious with great choice, served on the Rooftop terrace with great views of Goreme, there is also a viewing terrace from which you can see the hot air balloons at dawn & sunset.

The breakfast start at 8:30am is a little bit late for us.

We arrived the hotel at 2:00am and it is very cold and dark outside, the staff wait for us and give all the support to us so that we can enter the room in a few minutes. Wonderful support! The location is good, only a few minute walk from the coach station. There is supermarkets and restaurants around. The dining area is extremely comfortable that we don’t want to leave. We took many pictures there. The breakfast is good! The staff, if not the keeper, ask whether it is comfortable. Short greeting is very good and hospitable. We left a umbrella at the room and the keeper give it back to us while we return.

Everything about this residence was amazing. They treat their guests like a family. The breakfast was nice and fresh as always. The location is in the middle of Goreme. Everything is close by and easily accessible. Mr. Gökhen helped us a lot to know about this valley and in our exploration of the area. Such a gentlemen and an awesome character. In short, we had an amazing time here. Definitely recommended, and we'llh be visiting here soon again.

Everything was superlative. The gentleman at the reception helped us a lot. He took care of the bookings for all our activities, we were just going out in front of the hotel for the transfer. On the day of departure, due to the fact that we left before breakfast, he prepared a sandwich and juice for us to have on the way. Very tasty breakfast, with fresh dishes. Clean and spacious rooms, hot water at any time of the day or night. The daily cleaning did not leave us waiting, they changed our linen and towels and the garbage was picked up in a timely manner. If I have the opportunity to go to Cappadocia again, I will definitely stay here again.

Very central location just off the off the main road. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby. Rooms were very clean, with comfortable beds and nice large shower stall. Excellent breakfast buffet with variety of cheeses, vegetables, and eggs with French fries cooked for each guest. Family owned and operated small hotel with very friendly and helpful staff.

I loved staying at Yusuf Bey House. Location is great, the room was cleaned every day, breakfast was delicious and very friendly and helpful staff. The man at reception (I guess it was the owner) made sure everything was ok at all times. He got me the transfer to the hotel and also booked the balloon flight with him. I had a wonderful stay!

Everything was exceptional. The rooms were small but we had more than enough space for a few days, they were clean, had a fridge and kettle. The breakfast buffet was very good. The staff was very friendly, kind and provided valued tips of things to see and do and could also have helped us to book experiences. The location is great, right in the center of Goreme. Couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. We will definitely stay here again if we ever visit Goreme in the future.

The room was great for us. The bed was large and comfortable. A kettle in the room was good. The shower was large, and the bathroom was good. Great view from the verandah where breakfast is served. Good variety for breakfast, and we loved the toaster. The staff were all very friendly and helped us book transfers and a turkish bathhouse experience. Daily housekeeping was an added bonus we were not expecting, but appreciated. Thankyou very much.

The hotel is 2 minutes far away from Goreme's centre. The room for 3 was big, but the bathroom was enormous. The minus is that when you shower you have to take care, because the water can go everywhere. The room was clean and has everything you need. The breakfast was very good and you have from where to choose. The hotel has a terrace where you can serve the breakfast and see the city. The host was very kind and helpful with everything you need. You can book activities from him.

The location is perfect. The terrace is the best thing in the house. The breakfast is more than good. The staff is very kind and helpful. They provided us with a hot air balloon flight at a good price and the Green tour, but we are not happy with the tour guide there, which is not related to this rating.

Everything was perfect. No objections.

Location was excellent. Breakfast was great. Room was also great. When we came in the evening, the fridge in the room was not working, but it was replaced tomorrow morning.
