We loved everything!

We have had the most wonderful 10 days in Z-villas Beach Hotel. It’s a beautiful resort of private villas, all with their own pool, set on the hillside overlooking the pretty village of Turunç. The resort is very new and has been built to fit into the landscape. Much thought has been given to the layout of the villas to optimise views and privacy. The grounds have been beautifully landscaped and security is top notch. The pool area is below with access via steps or you can call the hugely obliging staff to take you up or down in gold carts at any time. The pool area is next to the sea where the resort has a small but pretty beach. A short walk from there takes you into the village where there are plenty of shops and cafes/restaurants to choose from. My children enjoyed watching the various boat-loads of tourists that would come and go. We were lucky enough to be offered an upgrade from the two bedroom Mountain View Villa which we had booked to 2 x one bedroom sea view villas which were next to each other. We enjoyed a panoramic view of the beautiful bay which is surrounded on all sides by tree-covered hills. There is also a pretty view down towards the village and you can enjoy everything that happens along the harbour through the day. Breakfast was a delight each morning. We loved the variety and felt they could provide whatever we asked for. Our children loved the pancakes! The staff are hugely hospitable and couldn’t do enough for us. They were very keen to understand exactly what we wanted and liked, and made it to their mission to try to provide that throughout our stay. We are particularly grateful to the fabulous Rabia who looked after us each day. She was so friendly and keen to understand everything. We shall miss her! We felt that staff were always there when needed but weren’t too pushy which suited us perfectly. This has been the most restful and restorative holiday we had had in recent years and we can’t recommend Z-Villas highly enough.

The villas wad very comfortable and were perfect for the couples and also the family due to the unique pool with unique view of sea and mountains. The Owner of the Z Villas Hotel was real gentleman who meet the guests and made for the guests an enjoyable stay. The perfect place for quiet relaxation enthusiasts like us. Beautiful views, everything is new and well-equipped, and delicate cats visit. The beach, though it may seem small in photos, is actually quite sufficient. We spent most of our time there, not even venturing to the main beach. You can stay within the hotel grounds - everything you need for relaxation is there. We enjoyed beautiful views, excellent food in the restaurant, the beach, and the breathtaking view from the cottage. Breakfasts were diverse and delicious, featuring eggs prepared in various ways, fruits, granola, and local pastries. And a very, very hospitable host awaits you. We were impressed by this wonderful place.

After our visit and based on our recommendations, they improved the water service. Otherwise, the water is only on arriving and only 1.5 liters. It can be a bit boring here with children.

The most important thing is that we liked the holiday as a whole: for this we need to put together our touristic puzzle. This is a beautiful view of the sea and mountains, and silence around, and air, and the sound of the sea and pines, and a pool with a veranda. These are new comfortable rooms and, most importantly, very helpful staff and delicious tea)). Overall we think this is the best place in the area, but for twins(!). We had several wishes and the important thing is that the owner of the hotel lives right there and will happily listen to guests.

Wonderful place! My family and I had a rest and felt great. I am very pleased with how all the villas are thought out and how the space is designed. The nature around is preserved and you can feel privacy. The beach is very close, the breakfasts are hearty and delicious. The stuff is very kind and welcome. It was a pleasure to talk to the owner. It is hard to come up with anything we didn't like or which could be improved from our point of view. If we missed anything (e.g. an additional blanket), the staff brought us to our villa within minutes.

+ The Location: Turunç is a 40 min drive from Marmaris. It is a nice village with a beautiful bay. Many of the Marmaris excursion boats stop here for lunch. Z-Villas are beautifully situated on top of the hill with spectacular views. If you don't want to walk down the few steps to the restaurant and the beach, the staff will drive you with their golf cart (our kids have loved that...) + The Family Villa: Modern, spacious, and with its own garden and pool. Three (!) TVs so that every child could watch its favourite channel. + The Restaurant: the food is delicious! We had breakfast, lunch and dinner at the hotel's restaurant, and every meal was really good. It was hard to motivate ourselves to eat elsewhere from time to time. + The Staff: Zeydan and his team give you the feeling of staying with friends instead of in a hotel. They go the extra mile to make you happy.

Very nice Villas each with private pool. Emre and his family are the best hosts and nothing is too much for them. A beautiful breakfast is served each morning by the team and now wish is too much. We highly recommend a stay at Z-Beach Villas.

Everything was just perfect

We really enjoyed our stay at Z-Villas. The staff really did their best to provide a high-level service, were friendly, always welcoming and attentive to our needs. The location is excellent: the villas are on the hill with a great view, but one reaches the sea in just three minutes walk. Additionally, the shuttle service (up and down the hill) worked fine as well. The sea is really clean, and the boats parked nearby do not disturb at all. The villas themselves are new, clean and equipped with all necessary stuff. All in all, I would like to highlight a very friendly and family-like atmosphere! We wish Özcan and his team all the best and we‘ll come again with great pleasure.

That we had to leave.

I’ve been to many places but Z villa has topped all of them, the service is better than you can hope for. The villas are well built, modern and puts you at peace with incredible views! The buggy transports you up and down and is at your disposal. The staff are extremely friendly and cater to every request. Food is excellent and will prepare food that suits what you like and prefer. I love the fact they remember your name and really make you feel welcomed. The owner was present and has done a great job. The only negative is that we had to leave. We will most definitely be back again for another stay when we need a break. We checked out all the other villas here and this is 100% the best so don’t look any further.

We spent 5 wondeful days in Z-Villas. We had made a reservation for 3 days and stayed for 5. If we had more time we would have stayed longer.😊 Everything was perfect. We were two families and our reservation was for a semi-detached villa with a pool. However, when we arrived we decided that we would feel more comfortable in private villas and asked for an upgrade. It was very kind of the hosts to provide us with two separate villas with pool and sea view. We are grateful and appreciate the gesture. We enjoyed beautiful sunrises every morning. The place is beautiful.The complex is located in the small village Turinc, about 20 km. from Marmaris. It is located on a hill with a beautiful view of the bay. Most villas have a private pool and sea view. The furniture is pleasant and comfortable. It is very clean and tidy. There is plenty of greenery and beautifully landscaped common spaces. We really liked that the common spaces (restaurant, main pool, beach, etc.) are separated from the sleeping and relaxing areas. The villas are located on the height of the hill, with a wonderful sea view, and the common areas are close to the coast. This provides guests with maximum comfort and the opportunity for a peaceful and relaxing vacation. Buggy travel is provided between the two areas. The breakfast was very tasty. It is served in a pleasant and calm environment around the main pool, individually for each guest (much better than the usual noise and commotion around a buffet table, etc.). Lunch and dinner are available in the a la carte restaurant. There are also quite good restaurants nearby with a variety of food (seafood, traditional Turkish and Western). The area has enough places for entertainment. You can rent a boat or visit the neighboring beautiful villages. The complex has its own small beach. Very clean and equipped with umbrellas, sunbeds, towels and everything you need. But this beautiful place would be nothing without the people who take care of it.

Z-Villas Beach Hotel is truly Turunçs diamond. We stayed there for three days and enjoyed the elegant and tasteful atmosphere that prevailed within the entire hotel complex, which is very well maintained and clean. Amazing hotel complex with villas above the sea! The personal is really doing their best for you to feel welcomed and comfortable! Internet is flying and works on the whole territory of the hotel which is a rare thing for this region. I was able to work without any trouble! Beach is small but not crowded, clean and on the side of the town so very quiet. I enjoyed it, my parents enjoyed it immensely – highly recommend!
