We loved the large rooms & bathrooms, the different terraces, such a beautiful spot to watch the hot air balloons - they literally come so close to the hotel you can talk to the people in the basket! The buffet breakfast was a high light, and the staff were incredible organising everything we needed. We loved our engagement photoshoot that we did on one of the terraces too! Such good value for money and a very friendly photographer.

Exceptionally helpful staff, the reception team and the breakfast team are so friendly and helpful. The rooms were big and spacious. Everything was as advertised in the photographs, perhaps even better. The gentleman at reception helped us with arrangements of our hot air balloon flying booking and the camel ride to the valley. It was all so perfect.

Very authentic cave but with comfortable finishes. Staff gave high level of service. Location was perfectly central and the balloons were in the sky above, just like the pictures. the breakfast was vast and delicious.

South AfricaWe did a self drive tour in a people carrier (Peugeot traveller) and the roads within goreme are being revamped. So delivering and picking up the luggage was a little bit of a challenge. There is no on site parking, so we parked in the town which was a minor inconvenience, but one that we have seen often when staying in the historical portions of any of the older cities in Europe as a whole. This is no fault of the hotel, but it is worth knowing if you are going to do a similar self drive particularly with a big vehicle.
Emre the manager, and his staff were very helpful in every respect. The rooms were well appointed and spacious. The breakfast superb - as was the recommendation for a restaurant for dinner. We hired a guide recommended by Emre and did a self drive tour of the area, and this was just perfect for our family. We went on a balloon ride that was arranged through the hotel and this also, was perfect. The room had complimentary cold drinks, and tea and coffee. In the morning, the balloons flew over the hotel at low altitude - this was quite a spectacle.

Our room , in a fairy chimney was unique. I believe it's the only one in this hotel. The location of the hotel was in town center, close to a lot of good restaurants. The hotel also has 4 terraces , from which great city views can be had. The staff is very friendly and the breakfast is amazing with a wide spread. The staff was also helpful in arranging for tours and I believe that if you arrange two tours thru them, the return trip to the airport is free, usually costing 10 euros per person via a shuttle.

Excellent hotel buffet breakfast with many different options but the best was the traditional Turkish dishes. The staff were also very accomodating and hospitable - offering to help whenever they see you. It was super easy to organise activities and shuttle transportation through the hotel, so there’s no need to worry about separately booking a photographer or hotel because they work with some fantastic companies (we booked a sunrise photoshoot and tour of the main tourist attractions, otherwise known as the “red tour”).

It was love at first sight when we reached the hotel. Love the beautiful architecture of the building and decorations used around the hotel. The location is also super convenient. Just a walking distance to all restaurants and souvenirs outlets. Also, hot drinks were free flowing. I could just go and get a cup of hot latte amd enjoy it on the terrace with a view to die for. A priceless experience for me and my family.
