The breakfast could be better. other than that nothing.

Best 4 star hotel in the area. I have tried 3 other hotels near Passaport Iskele but Zeniva was the best, Super Clean, Professional Staff.

We booked room with one big bad, but unfortunately there were two single beds pushed together. I wrote about robes, but even after calling, they didn’t bring it to us. When we called the hotel, they didn’t tell us about the payment for earlier check-in.

It was very good place. Everyday was perfect cleaning. Breakfast was ok.

Breakfast was boring and inedible . I didn’t know I couldn’t cancel before my stay and was tied in to stay here . Much better hotels with better facilities in the area . Do your research . Internet didn’t work so had to buy a sim and get data . Tv was not a smart TV and only one English news channel .

Location is amazing, close to all attractions and live locations in Izmir. Area is a bit congested for those who will use their car to reach, however you won't need to use the car anyways, and the parking is taken care of by the personnel. Also worth mentioning the check-in desk personnel's care and hospitality for the guests.

It is very good hotel. The location is of the hotel is excellent. It is in most central square of Izmir port . You are in the middle of restaurant and cafes. There is metro station at distance 5 minutes by walking. The Staf was very friendly. The room is so comfortable and is exactly like photos. I hope to visit it again at the future!!!!

The hotel was in a fantastic location close to many trendy restaurants and the ocean pathways. The hotel recommended two great restaurants for dinner. That information was very helpful. Loved the morning breakfast. So very tasty!

We reached super early and the hotel was kind enough not just to accommodate us with an early checkin but they also gave us a room upgrade. The location is pretty good, great restaurants nearby and a 2 minute walk from the pier.

The room was really big enough for two, snacks in fridge if you wanted them. Staff very helpful when I got there. They got my room ready early, by noon, since I arrived in the early morning. Airport taxi was summoned for next morning. They helped with my heavy suitcase taking to room when I checked in as well. Friendly and spook English well. Quiet, no sounds from other rooms or bother of street noise. Quite satisfied. Near waterfront for walking and restaurants.

The hotel is located in the heart of Izmir, in a very nice area and very close to the coastal promenade. The stuff was very friendly, the breakfast buffet was extensive and delicious and the room was spotless. The design of the room was also very modern.
