Everything were OK I will visit Zayn Otel again.

Perfect location only 10 minutes walk from Hagia Sophia, the parking is near the hotel, very good breakfast, clean rooms and the staff were more than perfect. For my next stay in Istanbul I will book again Zayn Otel.

Breakfast was very good, we could choose a lot of different meals. The hotel is near the centre a in quiet place. The staff was very helpfull with the information about the city sightseeings, how to travel around the city etc.

View, quiet, location, clean, extremely helpful staff. Because the hotel is in the middle of the city, our ride had a hard time reaching it during rush hour to pick us up. Thanks to the manager's (Celsuk) guidance, the driver finally found the hotel. Also we got a room on the top floor with a beautiful view of the sea.

Absolutely perfect location with extremely friendly staff! Quiet area close to the blue mosque, Hagia Sophia etc. Spacious room with free tea, coffee and water every day. Good beds and pillows. The breakfast was very good, including delicious freshly made local dishes. The hotel is quite small, and probably one of the best I have ever visited. The pearl of this place are the people working there, who are very helpful and friendly, thank you so much all of you!

All was simply perfect! We have been warmly welcomed all along our days at this hotel! The team offered very useful advises for the visits, the restaurants, the way of travelling… Including free app’s for navigating in the city. We had issues with our flights and they completely assisted us until finding a solution!

Only 2 points that could be improved : - a bit noisy if your room is downstairs - the breakfast starts at 8:30, it could be late if you want to visit some monuments at the opening but they accept you if you arrive a bit earlier

The manager and his team were really kind, organized our transport from the airport, gave us all of recommandations like restaurants/places to visit and there is always somebody available to help ... It's really more that we could expect from an hotel and we really thanks them for that. Other + : the LOCATION, close to all famous places in Sultanahmet by foot and the streets are really secure even by night Other + : the room (for 3) was really CLEAN, with a separate space for the second bed.

The staff were superrrr amazing from checking-in until the last minute. Only concern I had about the place is the location since I arrived late at night and didn’t know the nature of Istanbul center (uphills with narrow alleys), but it turned out to be safe even at night.

The location was excellent. Easy walking distance to attractions and all public transport. The property offered everything we needed. The service desk and all the staff went above and beyond.

The hotel is a very nice and clean. We had a room with a beautiful sea view. The hotel is located in an old town, a very authentic part of the city. The host is incredibly friendly, nice, ready to help and extremely pleasant. He shared with us a few tips, told us where to go, what to visit, etc. Everyone at the hotel was welcoming and made our stay even more enjoyable. Thank you Zeyn team, we will come back again for sure!
