Staff is very pleasant and eager to help with anything. Very close to the beach. A nice pool. Outside sitting terrace for tea or breakfast with lovely plants.

The cleaning of the room could be a bit better, The bathroom could’ve been a bit more clean. But considering the overall experience and the price, I think this is just a minor thing not to be taken into consideration.

I must say this is a great find! It is perfectly located right next to the beach. The beds are comfortable. The pillows are comfortable. The breakfast was great and has everything you need. The pool was also open and perfect size and water temperature. The staff was great. They were all very friendly and welcoming especially the man working evenings In the reception that spoke Spanish, Ilik I think his name was, And also the man making the coffee every morning at breakfast was super friendly and could teach me some basic words in Turkish. I really enjoyed my stay here and If I come back I will definitely stay here again. I highly recommend Zeynel hotel If you plan to visit Antalya and enjoy Konyaalti beach!

Cleaning lady came to clean my room around 3 pm most of the time. She did not brush/vacuum the floor. I could see some long hair (not mine) on the floor for my whole stay. Shower tube had a leaking spot at the connection of the tap and shower tube. I told the reception 3 times, they said someone would come to fix but never happened. So, I just gave up on the leaking shower tube (I could still shower). I stayed in a Triple room, it would be nicer if there would be more chairs in the room and chairs at the balcony (there was only 1 chair in my room).

Location is very good. Short walk to the beach. Many restaurants/bars nearby, also small shops and some supermarkets. I stayed around Eid holiday, the price was not that bad. Reception was nice, very friendly guys. Breakfast was very good, I like omelet and all the green leaf salad and all kinds of olives. Airco was good. Shower was strong.

If you're a person who eat more for breakfast - you can have a problem (breakfast starts 7.30 but the food almost ends before 9).

It's not a perfect hotel, really 3 stars BUT its location is great. We had fantastic view from our room (4th floor), and the staff was friendly. We didn't have huge expectations so most of things were ok for us.

Not very clean floors in the room (in my opinion). Poor sound insulation, at night you can clearly hear sounds from neighboring rooms, some mechanical knocks and humming

Very friendly, attentive, customer oriented staff. Ideal location of the hotel. Very comfortable room, has everything you need. Good working air conditioner in the room. Delicious coffee for breakfast.

For me the beds were hard. Only one lift which was not an issue but could be an issue when very busy

Breakfest was the same all the time. And room really needs improvement, especially the bathroom needs renovation. Cleaning should improve as well, it was rather dusty (I accidentally looked under the couch).

Very big room, we took the room for three people but stayed two. Big bathroom. Many cats and kittens in this hotel, in the yard, we liked that very much! And the sea is very close. Seaside park is very close, it was nice to walk there. Peaceful area in general. Can be recommended.

The breakfast needs improvement to include nice breads, pastries, variety of fruits and yoghurt. The scrambled eggs always seemed to run out before 9am and not refilled. The rooms need a tweak too- fix curtains to rails, empty ash trays on balcony, add bedside lamps to enable night time reading. Also I didn’t like the cleaner cleaning whilst guests are eating their breakfast! Not hygienic
