There was nothing that I didn't like the whole experience was wonderful

The breakfast choices were excellent. The service was outstanding. The staff were very helpful and friendly. I will be using this hotel on my return to Trinidad.

The cold water was not working in our room faucets and shower, so we had to manage with hot water only which was too hot. One of the elevators had no lights which made it very uncomfortable staying in a dark elevator.

The room was clean and spacious. The locations of meals, the the pool and gym were easily accessible. Staff was friendly.

Absolutely friendly staff. I’m sorry I didn’t retain in of the staffs name but they were all friendly and inviting. Upon checking in I was greeted with a pleasant smile from the young man that checked me in. My entire stay was perfect.

I did not like the fact that the carpet was not clean and somewhat smelly. You have to do a retrofit on the commodes. They are too low.

The breakfast was very good, The location was good. The staff was excellent! Very polite and accommodating. The carpeting was grungy - dirty and needs to be ripped out. The commodes are too low. Very difficult to use.

Most things were pretty expensive at the bar etc but i guess that comes with the price experience of being the Hilton.

I arrived at a busy time of year, which is their carnival season even though it was under a week before the actual carnival check-in was busy there was only one person on duty so wait time was extremely long. I arrived after 10 PM and there was no restaurant or facility open to provide anything to eat after a long flight.

That it had an event and they didn't tell us as such when we made the reservation. On getting there check-in was long and because of the event on the day we couldn't use the pool after checking in.

The room was awful. The a/c was not cooling, the room had cobweb and very dusty.

Nothing was up to expectation except the staff.

The room felt like 1980. Needs upgrading. Things did not look or feel pristine for the level of hotel this is supposed to be. I have stayed in 3 star hotels that are much better.

The check-in was a hot mess. When I presented my ID, I was told that they weren't any available rooms despite my confirmed booking. After I became visibly upset, I was told that there is a room, and I was given my room key and directions to get there. The room was outdated and showed signs of a lack of maintenance. While the room had a balcony, there was a balloon of water in the ceiling which clearly pooled there from previous rainfall. Whenever we used the bathroom, water would run outside because the door is insecurely lined with silicone. As if this was not enough, the carpets were dirty and clearly needed replacement or removal. Breakfast too was a total let down. All in all, I won't be returning. Hilton would certainly benefit from a much-needed upgrade to their rooms.

The best part about my stay was the pool. It caters to all ages. Both my daughters ages 1 1/2 and 9 enjoyed themselves as they are various depths in the pool. My youngest in particular enjoyed the 1 ft area where she stood comfortably.

I was first place in the 12th floor of the hotel and the smell was musky and it made our sinus act up. We contact from desk who ensured a room move to a more suitable area where it was more comfortable and smelt clean. Hereafter my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The other aspect though every, guest wherever there room is must pass through the main lobby on the opposite side for exit. Think this can be reviewed. Other than that, my stay at Hilton was enjoyable.

I love the location of the property, close to many main attractions.
