We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The breakfast was delicious but way too expensive, the pool was nice. It would have been nice if the swim up bar was available. The beds were extremely hard, most of my coworkers did not sleep well. The staff was EXCEPTIONALLY FRIENDLY! I would definitely go back just for the staff.

French PolynesiaBreakfast was not included in the room rate, and given the prices charged at carnival time and what other hotels offer, it clearly should be.
The first room allocated to me was a disaster: old, damp-smelling, carpeted floor. I asked for a change, and although this first annoyed the receptionist, she played along, understanding that I wanted my 5-night stay to go as smoothly as possible. So I was finally able to have a brighter room, one of those recently slightly renovated (So, just ask if you don't like your room). Otherwise, the pool is pleasant. The "grab to go" food service is very convenient. The hotel cab, although more expensive than elsewhere, is very practical, and Nigel is very helpful.

United StatesThe rooms needed to be renovated. There were no towel racks or robe hooks in room. Room safe did not work and no one was sent to open it. Coffee maker in room was not working. Water was brown for first 15-20 minutes before it cleared in shower. Carpet needs to be replaced, odor was present, bell hop sprayed.
