Aircon is situated directly towards bed, so if you have sensitive airway it might not be the most comfy in the hot seasons when aircon is a must.

Even being in Ximending (busy youngster area) in Taipei, the hotel is further at the back which is actually quite quiet at night time. Big window allows lots of sunlight in

Be careful if you want to go to toilet or bathroom. The stair is too high, especially if you go with your parents and people with limited movement.

The location is perfect, very close to Ximending. Just 5 minutes walking distance. The staff is friendly and responsive.

The first floor of the building is dark and a little scary. Please make it brighter if possible so as to make. There is a big sign with the hotel name outside the building so you will be able to spot it easily. I wouldnt recommend old folks staying here if they have knee issues for the toilet step is higher than usual (possibly 30cm high or a huge man's feet size). Would you maybe consider building another step?

Hotel is located at the end of "cinema street" but still centralised and very convenient. I was greeted with smiles everyday and I really love the hotel staff's vibes. Our room smells nice, is very clean, bed is super comfortable, toilet spacious and towels smells good too. The shower foam and shampoo smells refreshing as well and the shower-head is powerful. I also love that they have a common area for you to use their washing machine, microwave and fridge. They also provide plates and bowls for you to use. Wifi is strong too and they have a lot of TV channels PLUS netflix, it is amazing because Taiwan is known for their night markets and street food so if you buy some back, you can enjoy them over some local programmes or netflix!

It was a little noisy at night because the room was next to the main street The hotel is located at 4th floor of general building, the entry of the building itself was not great or welcoming. Once you arrived at the 4th floor (inside the hotel itself), then all is good.

I mistakenly thought this hotel was part of the international Art’otel group, but it’s not. With that in mind, I’d say the rooms are overpriced. The room was way smaller than it looked in the pictures, had a ramp right in front of the bed on which I slipped several times, the window was facing a blind wall. My “frustration” probably wouldn’t have existed had I realised it was not an actual Art’otel

Overstay stay was fine. The toiletries were very nice, the bathroom was as advertised, the staff was very helpful and friendly and the location is great!

The shared area is very small and during our stay there seemed to be some business travelers who were using it frequently to hold meetings. The sound proofing is very minimal as you can hear other guests in the hallways and rooms (we could hear our neighbor snore!) We had a room with a window, but it was to a brick wall with hanging plants, but it seems the plants died a while ago and have been forgotten. There was only one towel hanging space but there was 2 of us. The bed is elevated and there is a slope down to get to bathroom, or to leave the room (hard to explain but it was very confusing why they have designed it like this) I would suggest 2 ppl to book the largest room as it was very tight for the 2 of us.

The Staff are very friendly and welcoming. The front desk is presented well. They also offered transport to and from the airport that is slightly cheaper than taxi/uber. The location is great and there is a lot around the property which makes it convenient.

While we had an overall positive experience, we did notice some minor cleanliness concerns in our room. Specifically, we observed some dust around the coffee bar and safe deposit box on the first day. Although it was difficult to spot, I took notice because of my desire for coffee after a long day of travel. Despite this small issue, we found the room to be otherwise clean and comfortable.

The hotel's location is excellent, situated in the heart of Ximending's bustling shopping and street food district. The staff at this property were exceptional, consistently going above and beyond to ensure guests' comfort and satisfaction. From providing water upon arrival for baggage deposit, to recommending excellent nearby restaurants and signature souvenirs from Taiwan, to assisting with booking a taxi to the airport, the staff's hospitality was truly impressive. We were grateful for the staff's assistance with our luggage and the unexpected treat of mochi before our departure.

Very simple lobby, there is no space to sit and relax outside of the room.

Very helpful and welcoming staff! They gave us recommendations on what to explore in the surroundings and where to eat. Simple and clean room, with a convenient location in Ximending District. There is a youbike station just down the hotel.
