Location of the property is really good. Near Ximen Station and Taipei Main Station. Going around is easy, and being surrounded by food and shopping establishments.

1) there is a musky smell in the room when first entered. Took some time to get used to it 2) there are stains on the carpet, not sure if it is mold or dirty. 3) card access is required for every level. However, the one at level 3 seems unresponsive whenever I tapped my card. Need.to tap many times before successful. Not sure if it is the card problem

Loved the location. Just across ximending. The best part is the 7/11 store downstairs that catered to a lot of sanrio products. There's a fruit stand just at the side of 7/11 as well. You can shop till you drop at ximending because you can always go home to drop stuff in a jiff. Close to an mrt station as well

Would've loved to have a slightly bigger room. For 2 people, the room is kind of small. The room also has no window, which feels a little suffocating. Good thing we're out most of the time. The replacement towels are not as good as the towels on the first day.

The breakfast is good, a lot of options you can choose from. The staff are also very helpful and they assisted us when we left our baggage before checking in and after checking out. Nice place to stay.

The hotel has a bit of a weird layout with the reception on level 13 with no lobby on the ground floor. No where to hang towels in the bathroom.

We stayed here for 5 days and had a comfortable stay. Rooms were small but Beds were comfy. Excellent location, very close to metro and bus. Easy to get to Jiufen (bus stop out the front). Good breakfast selection.

the room number 0316 and 0318 are a bit old (compare with room number 0317). There were no bathtubs in 0316 and 0317.

Everything is good. walking distance to Ximending with a 7-11 next door. Plenty of good food around. The room is clean and good, bed is comfy. The breakfast cannot complaint, nothing special but well just enough.

Good location. You can walk from Taipei Main station to this hotel within 15 minutes. It is also convenient to go to Taipei zoo by Roosevelt line bus at the bus stop near the hotel by 5-minute walking.

Only 2 pillows are available inside the room and I find it too soft. Theres alao no daily cleaning but at least they change the towels and refill water

Location is good as its just 2 blocks away from Ximending busy streets. Breakfast is okay though it couldve been better as most dishes are the same everyday. We stayed there for 5 days

Overall cleanliness and hygiene can be improved - dusty carpet in the room + unfortunate incident of exterminating a big cockroach that crawled out from under the bed

Originally booked a connecting quadruple room but the room was too small and had a terrible musky smell. Requested for a change of rooms and was pleasantly offered 2 adjacent rooms on their newer floors (special thanks to Patrick who brought us to different rooms to ensure that the replaced rooms will meet our needs). Fantastic location - just cross the road and you will reach ximending
