I wish they were a little more clean. Our room had no window and it was easy to notice the dust everywhere.

Just one thing we don't like...the house keeping..they never tidy up the bed..and u must ask them to vacuum the room..coz they never vacuum the room every day they just clean the bathroom and change towel everyday..

Wifi was very slow. Hotel claims that it's green and hence limited room cleaning and vanity items (to take what you need from the front desk). I think these are good efforts but what I did not understand is the usage of disposables for breakfast. No central room control with key card either so you can technically leave the Aircon and lights on for the whole day.

Walking distance from ximengding. Provided water daily and room was relatively clean. Breakfast area was clean as well but they are very strict on breakfast timing. Typical taiwanese breakfast- porridge, baos, noodles. Good place to stay for a short one.

It is conveniently located near the Metro stations and places that we wanted to visit. Staffs are very nice and welcome.

We had a room without windows. This should be ok just for short stay. Bathroom was rather aged. Had problem with hair dryer and door knob etc. The lifts are rather slow.

It's a stones throw from ximending walking street, just across the road. Many eateries around the hotel. Accessible to ximen mrt within minutes. Good security.

Elevators are a nightmare haha, it literally takes 10mins to call an elevator anywhere. Also the carpets are a bit dirty :/

We loved the location, close to Xiamen metro station, and to a very vibrant street food district. It is very easy to get around from this hotel. Rooms are very spacious and well equiped!

There are many rooms without windows, seem the air doesn’t flow well with this room type. The reception staff was okay but they serviced without smiles, I think they should improve their service mind. Compared with the staff in dining room, they were very nice and said greetings to all customers in the morning when I went for breakfast.

It’s located in downtown and very near to MRT. Good for transportation and shopping.

The hairdryer is unsatisfactory since it keeps shutting off when it is too hot.

The location is great. Five minutes away from the MRT Ximen station. It is suggested that you utilise exit 4 if you have luggage. Nearby to the hotel are a 7-11 with a Hello Kitty theme and a Japanese restaurant. Hotel toilets are automated. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The view outside my 11th-floor room is fantastic.

The new eco-tourism law in Taiwan seems to have provided some confusion around what is and isn't acceptable to provide in terms of amenities for customers. Having to pick up sachets of shampoo, body wash and anything else at the reception provides a much more hostel feel. Certain items that have been 'restricted' have made it feel like it's a bit of a shortcut to limit costs to the business. The experience of this new eco law was extremely different and handled much more appropriately in other hotels.

Perfect location if you are only planning to stay in Taipei for a few days. It is right next to the subway meaning you can pretty much get to every tourist spot via public transport. There was hair in the sink as soon as we entered the room, we notified the staff and they were immediately responsive. We have noticed that this has been a common appearance in some of the reviews upon looking it up afterwards. However, any information required on logistics or transportation was handled extremely well.

Even though the room was generally clean, I spotted some lizard droppings on the floor beside the beside table. The buffet breakfast uses disposable cutlery even though the hotel claims to be green. Reception is on the 13th floor, which is slightly inconvenient if you are leaving luggage at the counter.

Location is very good, being very near Ximending. Room is spacious for 3 single beds and there is space to put things around. Buffet lunch spread was sufficiently varied. The toilet comes with an electric bidet.
