Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

SingaporeI didn't like that when you need them to clean the room, you will need to leave both key cards to the front desk. Furthermore, their cleaning only involves emptying the trash and replenishing the supplies that you used. It will be preferred if they actually clean the room.
I like that the location is convenient and the room is clean. The bed is comfortable.

TaiwanThe room is spacious, clean, little street noise. The odd part is the bathroom sink in the room, not in the bathroom. Breakfast is very good (typical Taiwanese cuisine, not Western), there are 10+ warm options available and some dishes change daily. Apparently the breakfast is served in 2 sessions: 7am-8:30am and 8:30am-10am. I have been assigned the latter session during the check-in.

Bed - We do twin beds and the bed is quite big and comfortable. Breakfast - they offer variety food but unfortunately we got up too late to enjoy it. Shower room - I like the separated basin from the toilet and the shower room is so big to do.
