Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

The room is clean and comfortable. Instant noodle is surprisingly included as free item in the room. The front desk staff is very helpful. I was in need to contact the airlines for a last minute unexpected change of flight schedule. I was offered to use their front desk phone to make quite a lengthy call to the airlines. Location is close to Liuhe night market too.

Excellent personal room with shower. Close to some night market. Very friendly stuff, and common area with Coffee, water, tea and popcorn in the evening. Bathroom small but has all what you need. Room equipped with safe.

United StatesThis hotel was beyond my expectations! Adorned with adorable yet tasteful cute animal themes, the hotel is clean and well equipped. We enjoyed the comfortable room so much that we stayed up to the 12 PM checkout. The location is also great, so it's close to Liuhe Night Market and great traditional breakfast shops. The free water and coffee were nice touches too. I would definitely stay here again

TaiwanIf I had to pick something, the elevator was unusually small (although the problem is not necessarily with the elevator, but with other guests determined to cram themselves into it beyond a comfortable capacity)
Decent place for one person for one night, everything was clean and comfortable, staff were friendly. Walkable from the MRT if you don't have much luggage, youbike station a street or two over, restaurants around. Some free snacks + water in the room. I usually sleep with earplugs and so didn't have any noise issue despite being next to the elevator (but without them might be another thing).

Hong KongThe door is a bit noisy. I can hear people besides my room closing and opening the door, (as if they are opening my door) which is a bit annoying and scary. The room does not have a view, but it is alright.
The room is very spacious for a one person stay. The bathroom is clean. The location is excellent. I am able to walk to a night market and it is close to the underground station. The hotel lobby has a common area and they offer refreshments.

GermanyVery good quality for the price - this puts the Legend head and shoulders above any other place I have stayed in Taiwan (6 so far). Free lemonade, water, noodle soup in the room. Close to the beautiful Marsalis Jazz Bar, two night markets and the metro, yet dead quiet at night. The hotel is "bike friendly". The wall paintings an night stands are funny. I would absolutely stay here again.
