Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

A 5-minutes walk away from the Kaohsiung main station, the hotel is also a stone throw away from two convenient stores. Staff at the reception are very friendly, extremely helpful and informative. The housekeeping lady at our level was also very helpful and friendly as well. A fair thing to note is that the hotel is located in a very old building. However, despite being located next to the main road of a busy traffic, the room is relatively quiet. Soundproofing can still be further improved because you can still hear guests talking in the corridor, especially when it's late at night. Basic amenities such as toothbrushes, tooth paste and towels are also provided, making it a valued stay considering its strategic location and its affordable price. However, if you are looking for something fancy, this might not be the place for you.

DenmarkThe room is not clean at all! Very dirty! And I might not even be because it’s not cleaned, it’s just the state of the room, it’s so old and used, and very very clear smell of cigarettes. The lady in the hallway of 7th floor was very helpful and nice, and will gladly help you if you need anything! So the staff gets 10/10 The entire hotel just needs a very big refinish, and some love. Apart from that the hotel was actually very expensive.
The location is the best you will get in the city, tho it comes with some compromises.
