Bed was tucked into a slot with no space for side tables. Could put stuff at ledge at top of bed headboard. But this meant you had to climb onto bed to get to ledge. There is a desk with chair next to wall to 1 side of bed, but couldn't get to desk from the bed.Small issue only.

When you walk into the building, you would never think that there is a pretty good boutique hotel up there.

Stayed over NYE and it was reasonably priced. Very welcoming place, super friendly staff, well decorated, comfortable, great location.

The building wherein the hotel was located, ie on the 12th floor, was an old residential block. The room initially assigned to us felt damp and musky but the reception took prompt action to our request to change room.

The location was quite central and walking distance to the train station, food and malls

The staff was exremely helpful and helped us with free laundry, printing and snacks. Plus the hotel is situated in a nice district with lots of restaurants, cafés and the metro close by. Excellent price-to-value.

No window room was not too comfortable for my family. Usually we pick no-window rooms at other hotels but we didn't feel much . But a no window here somehow made us feel stuffy and we opted to upgrade to a window room and felt much better afterwards.

The entrance in the basement and the lift are in terrible shape - ask the landlord to renovate.

You should not be scared when you enter the hotel in the basement (very run down). However, upon entering the 12th floor, a little "paradise" opens, clean, tidy, nicely done. Recommend!

The room was clean The ambience was good with nice scent. But, from ground floor travel up to level 12, a bit unpleasant smell and the building bit run down. All these not an issue when you arrive their entrance. Overall, still OK!!!

The floor itself was really good and renovated, but it’s located in a pretty old building. So on the way there was kinda not no so good looking way, but the room itself I think it was totally okay.

The bed was really comfortable to sleep. And there were some free snacks available for us. We were able to borrow an iron from the counter.

The Wi-Fi could be better. Sometimes it just doesn't work for a few minutes.

Room was clean and decently quiet. Staff was helpful and friendly. The location was pretty convenient to get to different areas of Taipei.
