Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Location is great if you're up for a shopping trip. Otherwise there are MRT and bus stations nearby. In the little streets around are a lot of little restaurants and shops too. The staff is very friendly and most seem to speak English too. The room cleaners and the guys at the entrance are just great. There's a lounge/dining room with water and a microwave. Very comfortable space. The room itself is very comfortable. The duvet is a fluffy cloud which is the best I ever had.

AustraliaI booked a mini room and the shower faced the sink area directly, which meant the water would splash onto the cupboard and into the corners of the bathroom tiles since it was an open area. The tiles would take a while to dry afterwards. Could benefit with a squeegee for use afterwards. Staff were accommodating, although the language barrier was a bit evident. English-speaking wasn't so prevalent.
Lounge area and bedroom itself were really comfortable. There's an open wardrobe for you to hang clothes which had been worn for the day and they provided two towels with the room despite just one person being on the booking, which I liked since it meant I could refresh my towel without my room being entered. They left bottles of water outside each day since I had the "do not disturb" setting on. There's also tea and coffee provided in the lobby area, along with amenity disposables for guests to take (razors, shower caps) which I thought was really lovely.

Location is absolutely fantastic. Close to 2 MRT lines, tons of great food and shopping. Snacks and drinks in lobby were handy. Shower pressure and heat were good. price was good. staff were okay-not particularly helpful nor unhelpful key card access needed for elevator good for security lounge/lobby area was kept pretty nice we used as a workspace

BrazilIt was difficult to find the hotel entrance, which is located on a side alley from the main road, there was no clear indication on how to access the hotel. Receiving an email with instructions and pictures after the booking confirmation would solve this problem. All power plugs in the hotel were with the local standard, which is not convenient, but the staff had plenty of adaptor when solicited.
The hotel location was excellent, at walking distance from 2 subway stations of the Bannan Line; besides, the hotel area is very safe and full of restaurants, malls, stores, and convenience stores which is very convenient. The staff was terrific, very kind and helpful going out of their way to aid me in whatever was needed such as providing power plug adaptors. As for the communal room, it was pretty comfortable, a perfect place for working and relaxing. The rooms were clean and comfortable.
