the breakfast spread is simple and good. with variance. i am there for 4 nights, at least i see so changes in the spread. the room size is just nice for 1 pax.. if 2 person, might hv to flight for luggage space. Hanger or cloth rack area is also small. the bath room does not hv ample space for putting our toiletries. if there is a wall board, that will be useful.

The room was a little bit old. The windows have been very dirty and the air conditioning sound from the neighbor building was annoying. According to the description the use of laundry machines is for free. They changed it so that you have to pay for it one day prior our arrival.

The hotel is close to the metro and city center. A bike rental station is across the street crossing.

A little pricey for what you get. The washing machine facility wasn’t great. Took me almost half a day to do the laundry cuz the dryer wasn’t drying the clothes properly.

The hotel was centrally located close to a metro. Lots of places to get food around the hotel. The hotel staff was friendly. The room is pretty nice for Taipei standards

1. Breakfast was quite average, to say the least. While the staff were very nice, we didn't have much to eat and despite staying for almost a week the variety was very low and the food was mostly the same every day. 2. The music played at the hotel's lobby and breakfast can actually get quite annoying really fast. I recommend changing the playlist :) It might be a small issue but it bothered us a bit.

The hotel is simple but still has some great highlights: 1. The room felt spacious and nice. The bathtub was fantastic! Also, the bed was huge and very comfortable. 2. The staff were very nice, especially the breakfast staff but also the reception. Everyone was nice and friendly. 3. We liked the hotel's location, though we mainly used taxis to get by. 4. The free laundry machines were useful for us. Also, the gym and the massage chairs were great.

Breakfast choice was limited especially western breakfast. Some basic things such as plain yoghurt or scrambled eggs were not available everyday, however I understand for Asian-Taiwanese, the choice can be good enough if not more. The room in the back of the hotel are very very quiet, but on the underside, the view is not very good (facing other older buildings at less than 10 mt). The room on the front have a better view of the surroundings (nothing fancy but it gives a glimpse of another Taipei if you wish). However, the room isolation was not best and you could hear different noises (but it eventually gets quieter in the night). Be aware there is no autonomous heating as in most of Taiwan in winter but I guess you can ask for a heater if getting very cold. There is only one lift which can get busy at busy times.

Room size is very good, not too small. The property seems quite new. Location wise, the area is not one of the best one but very close to Nanjing Fuxing MRT station (3-5 min walk) with two lines (Brown and Green) and hence easy access to other part of the city. There is a gym and a laundry which is very handy if you need to wash clothes. There are various places to eat nearby and an excellent California style Sushi restaurant just beside which we tried and saved us the time to find a place to eat.

The heater was a bit tricky - it defaulted at 15 degrees, which was too cold for me. I adjusted the temperature but it worked slowly toward the ideal degree for me. I hope this can be updated so that it will work efficiently so that I wouldn’t get a running nose.
