This is now really being nitpicky, but the only thing that bothered us, was that the bed was a bit too short for us. But everything else was amazing!

The hotel was awesome and probably the best stay we have ever had in Asia. The location is great with night market, restaurants and many shopping opportunities around. The service was excellent!

Not only in Landis, all over Taiwan ; for years I'm complaining about that = the airconditioning. Freezing like arctic.

Landis is offering more than value against the price. It has exceeded my expectations. Location is great if you have a tight schedule like me. Markets, pharmacies, electronic shopping, cosmetics, even a temple; it has everything in neighbourhood. Amazing friendly staff and trying to help you in every detail. Only note for future, young staff has way to go on English language level.

Nothing below expectation. But with the price, you would also have some newer hotel options, whether closer to activities in the city, or bigger/trendier room facilities. Overall we still really enjoyed the stay.

The stay was right within it's reputation for it's professional service and quiteness! A highlight was that the staff helped us bring up the delivery to our room during midnight. The room was well maintained and very clean. The whole hotel was very tranquil with high-end vide. Worth considering if you'd like to have a classic stay in Taipei.

We stayed 4 nights, the variety in breakfast choice for a hotel of this star rated level is low, meaning same food menu every day. Airconditioning was not working as we would like to have it work. Staff is restaurant is trained to serve you quick but mostly too quick if you are still busy working on your previous food. A sauna and steam room hot tub would be appropriate in a hotel like this.

The Landis hotel frontline staff is trained to give service and they do that excellently, thank you staff!!! Hotel rooms are refurbished but in a classic style. Close to metro station within 7min walk. Nearby restaurants, park. We asked for a room at the rear side of hotel which gaves us quite nights to sleep. Hotel gives you the elegant art deco twist feeling. Know that there is a Michelin star rated Chinese food restaurant in the hotel!

On the way to back to the airport, we forgot a bag in the taxi the hotel provided. At the airport we found out this and called the hotel and they manage to find the bag and asked driver to send the bag to the airport. The bag was back to us. We appreciate very much for the hotel's kind arrangement and woud like to stay again if we will be in Taipei.

Rooms were just slightly small.

The rooms were clean and maintained well. There were also great services that allowed us to choose our pillow types and to also request for toddler amenities! They were very thoughtful in also accommodating to our requests.

friendly and helpful staff especially while my husband requested a hot water bottle for me. Michelin star restaurants are located in the hotel. Don't mind to stay in this classy and elegant hotel on the next visit to Taiwan.

There is no indoor pool in this hotel, I though there is a one. And the GYM is very tiny.

The location is great, close to the subway and everything. The hotel staff are friendly and helpful. Overall the hotel is very clean.
