Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

BelgiumOnly minor comments. The carpet in the entryway was quite stained (the rest of the room had hardwood floors so it was all good). The bathroom seems to need a better vend system, the humidity left dark marks on the white ceiling. During the day you can hear music from a dance studio below but they stop at a reasonable time, it wasn‘t much of a bother
Lots of free amenities, bed super comfy, the location was great and employees were very helpful. Close to the metro station with lots of connections.

VietnamNoisy bedroom, even though it has been announced, it is still quite inconvenience during day time as you have to go away to be separated from the noisy sound.
Location is the best thing, and the price range is good compared to other options. The hotel locate at the centre and near station so you can be walk out to station quite easily.

SingaporeThe bath room has no door to separate from wet and dry. And the floor has high steps to go up the toilet and down to the bedroom. Not ideal if bringing parent.
The location is near to the Station and there is the famous Ah Zong Mian Xian just below the hotel. There are a few Taiwan eateries and good choice for breakfast nearby. There is indeed a KTV 1 level below and you can hear music when back in the hotel but usually the music will stops by 9pm/10pm. The music doesnt bothers me since its only loud in the afternoon when i am back from my shopping. The room is spacious enough, room is overall clean and for the price and location, all good for me!

Very basic room. Basically a small room with a bed and a small table. Hotel is in a floor of a kind of sketchy building. Decent value if you can overlook this. Location is fantastic, you have great access to the Ximending walking market with lots of food options. Good option for a short term traveller for 1-3 nights. Bed was decent.

MalaysiaThe cleaner don't really clean your room floor if you are staying long there. It would be good if they can vacuum the floor every day. Building is under renovation, so lift access is a little bit dirty. Below hotel is a Karaoke room. Expect loud music until 10.00PM, won't exceed late night.
Staffs are very friendly and helpful. Good hospitality. The location is strategic with quick bus access to Jiu Fen (take bus 965). MRT station is also very convenient and can access to multiple Point of Interest. Hotel is strategically located in the middle of the shopping district.
