Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The staff is super friendly and the room was really OK. The location is definitely convenient as there is a MRT just a few steps away.

TaiwanWe stayed at the 10th floor and sometimes getting the cigarette smell from somewhere(Don't know if it's the restaurant above or the other guests stayed on the same floor). During the whole stay was there a cockroach entering our room. And the space to arrange our luggage in the room is quite limited.
The location was perfect for visiting other places. The MRT station is very close. The water for shower is warm enough and strong enough. It's also an extra benefit to have a laundry machine provided for everyone to use for free. Might have a queue for the use but it's not a big problem.

MalaysiaVery strong smell of disinfectant along the corridor especially after daily housekeeping, unable to smell it inside the room though, understand it was due to sanitization, but hopefully the hotel could do some improvement, as a hotel should smell like a hotel and not feeling to have entered a hospital.
The Taiwanese breakfast served daily was good and sufficient varieties of local dishes, the cook and staff of the cafeteria are friendly though they do not speak much English, they are always there to help. Food with mommy taste, like it. The housekeeping lady was friendly and efficient.

MalaysiaThe hotel location is great . Walking distance to mrt station, easy access to food . The cafe in level 12 worth for try. If you feel tire can try the TCM in level 3. Breakfast was great , if you need to travel out early , cafe will prepare you take away breakfast which was taste good . This hotel also provided free laundry .
