We didn’t see the staff becouse we arrived at five oc in the morning. But u can call by number to the "day-and-night" reception. Nice Lady told us over the phone where the key was, we paid for the room online. Room was very comfortable and clean. The area was beautiful but we didn’t have time to walk.
