Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

roomy accommodations also the breakfast that’s included at the Sense restaurant next door is fantastic. comfy room decor and beds are awesome. staff was so accommodating, friendly and helpful. would recommend staying here and would stay again if I were to come back.

NetherlandsBreakfast is lousy. You can only get breakfast pre-ordered at an exact time. Many breakfasts were standing untouched and cold on the breakfast tables. I wasn't told to pre-order breakfast which meant that I had no breakfast. Told me to wait half an hour as that was apparently the time they need to fry and egg and poor a cup of coffee. extremely rude staff. I finally left without breakfast. I won't come back here again. I feel ripped off.
