We had some issues with initial room we checked in, but the staff quickly resolved those and moved us to another room, so no problems at all.

staying here for the third time already — the standards of stay and service are getting somewhat more relaxed compared to a couple years ago, but in absolute values it is still very very solid. Strong recommendation, and still best value for the money in IF if you want to have high quality stay for this money

I liked everything in this magnificent hotel. The staff very polite and very helpful. Everything in the room was very clean, tidy, and accurate. The SPA was extraordinary. The massage was excellent and with qualified people. I strongly recommend it.

I can only make a suggestion to add some grill based things to the menu such as burgers or sandwiches. Even though the steak was really good I would have liked some more meat options, but that's more just a personal request more than anything. The food we had was still amazing

Absolutely amazing, probably the best hotel I've stayed in Ukraine. Spa is very nice and included in the very reasonable price. Beds are super comfy and the service is amazing. I will come back here from Kyiv just to stay in the hotel for the weekend and relax in the spa. Super happy about this stay

The room was a little small.

The hotel restaurant was superb. The stay included a free breakfast which was excellent and I highly recommend the teriyaki salmon for dinner. The staff were extremely helpful and I would definitely stay there again.

Amazing hotel in the center of Ivano-Frankivsk. I love being able to book a single room if I'm traveling alone which is exactly what I got. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. I thought the spa would be extra or I'd have to make an appointment, but it is fully available for free at all the hours listed.

Would have liked a shoe horn , cork screw, ironing board and iron in the room. I was given access to one on request however it was pretty tatty and worn out. I had to use a towel to prevent damage to my clothes.

The single bed was a little on the small side as was the room itself - but it was functional. More closet space would be nice to have. I saw the other rooms they seemed more spacious - next time.

The staff is well trained, attentive and very helpful. The location is right in the center, easy to get to anywhere in the city. The restaurant prepared very tasty entrees. The 2 saunas and pool made unwinding from the day easier. Two working saunas, a lounge and pool are great features.
