Aside from somewhat tricky parking (the hotel is in the park zone), there is nothing to complain. And even the parking is not a problem really. Just a minor observation, not the complaint. Great place to stay.

Polite and attentive personnel, luxurious spa facilities, perfect pool. Restaurant offers fine dishes and good service. Everything went well beyond my expectations. I'd recommend this hotel & spa for anyone who is looking for a nice resort in Kharkiv.

I understand that the maintenance of the complex is expensive, and therefor the price of the room is quite high. For me, a bit too high, considering everything and the currency rate of the UAH.

Nice, modern hotel with spa and dolfinarium. Very quite located in the park. You can go to the spa as much as you want. Also breakfast, with live music, is good and beautiful views over the city.

My 3th visit to this hotel. I The hotel offered a shuttle service from the railwaystation. With this service we could enter the hotel comfortable.. The driver was waiting on the train and was very helpfull. Staff in the hotel was also very helpfull and kind.

Can't think of anything I didn't like . The Nemo Hotel in Kharkov is an absolute gem! One of the best hotels I have ever experienced

Everything! The staff was super friendly, and helpful. The gym was exceptional, the best hotel gym I have ever found. Well equipped , and always open and staffed. The buffet breakfasts were first rate. Where else will you have a trained violinist or pianist serenade you at breakfast?

The not so good things or close to katastrof was following. The resturang on the 6 floor was a katastrof in breakfest it was always empty plates the orange juice was constant empty I talked to the stuff but nothing happend. I stayed 7 nights every day I asked for a big cup of coffee but six of seven mornings they come with a smal cup. ( not a big problem) The personal in the resturang speaks very little english. Late in the evening we ordered on bottle of wine from the room service it took one hour to get it.. our room was 20 meters from the resturant. I ordered dinner first we dont get the food at the same time and I get first the french fries 20 minutes later I get the meat... I asked the girl what happend she answered it`s not her problem she only bring us the food.. Later I talked to the reception they where very sorry and give ut a bottle of sparkling wine and chocolate. Summation Hotel and SPA very nice and good but resturant on 6 floor is a katastrof. I would probably come back and I will absolutly recommend it.

The rooms could have been bigger but it was ok. This was very good. Gym good. Staff in reception good. SPA treatments my girlfriend tested them and where happy with the differents treatments The pools where very good.

We needed to check out very early and ordered a breakfast for takeaway. Unfortunately it was not as good as expected like the breakfast in the hotel restaurant.

The hotel is situated optimally in the city center with a very nice and clean park around. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good with a selection of national and international food.

I was already in this hotel and I was hoping that they already found a solution for the entry to the hotel trhough the park but no.. Two barriers watiing for the guard till he see that there is a car (taxi) waiting forthe first barrier then looking in his hotel calling to the receprtion. It takes a lot of time. Especially when you have a crying baby in a hot taxi..

The Nemo hotel is very convenient to stay with small children as it is next to the park with lot’s of playgrounds and also has the dolphins show. The roof terrace is amazing though not very large but there is always a place for hotel guests. The spa works till midnight which I found very convenient as parents can go there when the children are asleep. Food is great.

“Noisy” bed sheets, key-cards are very old, need to be replaced. There is a musician in the restaurant during breakfast it’s too loud. The space is small and the instrument is loud, so you cannot avoid it and it’s not the first thing you want to hear in the morning
