Was a bit dated- towels/sheets were old & double bed was on the small side. Everything was clean & this was expected due to the price.

Location was great - good bus connection and near the beach! Enjoyed breakfast by the pool. Owners are lovely and helpful- excellent value for money

Absolutely nothing

I chose this location because of its proximity to Praslin airport. No need to take a taxi, it's within walking distance. I was very pleased with the room and the help/advice I received from Kattina who makes sure your stay is more than pleasant. I would book there again if I were to go to the Seychelles.

We stayed 4 nights and they didn't clean the room even once. When at the end I asked why, they said they only do it once every 4 nights, on the 5th day. Not only this, but they didn't throw the bin on our floor, and there were 4 of us in two rooms there. After 4 days there were flies. The air con was dripping on the metal roof and keapt us awake all night. We decided to fix that ourselves, as we expected no or slow action. The bed is weigh too small for 2 people and not very comfortable. In the bathroom there is no shower gel at all, not even one from the small hotel ones. The shower head can't stay stable.

It is a good value for money. The swimming pool was a nice touch.

The room was too small for 4 people (2 adults/2 kids) but that was our own decision. Even though the furnitures were old, they kept everything clean and comfortable. For us, the location at Grand Anse was not the most optimal since the truly beautiful beaches are on the other side of the island. But with a rental car, we did not have any problems.

We highly appreciated the hearty atmosphere, great talks and prompt service with the villa owners whenever required. The kids fully enjoyed the great clean pool. We parents were very happy about the served breakfast with eggs, fruits, toast, butter and jam as well as coffee/tea/milk/juice. We enjoyed the nice patiio/veranda with seating possibilities that made the smaller apartment more spacious. The villa owners planned a great day-trip for us and the kids to explore the land turtels and a great snorkeling experience! Thank you so much! The price performance ratio was great for the Seychelles!

Zero flexibility from the owner, avoidance of sensitive booking critical conversations. We arrived a day later due to a third party mistake (overbooked flight). We tried to reach the place via any possible channels days before any without success. When we arrived, the operator lady (who was nice) stated, there is no way to do any courtesy price revision as this is what the owner said. (The operator showed the text message of owner which excluded the possibility of price revision) Again, the owner got our messages beforehand, but we did not received any reply. It was not possible to start a dialogue. Shameful customer management. Friendly suggestions: instead being obsessed to collect every single penny on a disrespected way from your guest, serve your visitors with a .10$ mini shampoo and shower gel. We all missed those. It is also time to do some maintenance work and clean the dirty pool. The miniature room we got was equipped with A/C but it was just over the bed - getting cold guaranteed. We also got plenty of bites during the night, maybe there are bedbugs?! Location is just all the other houses’. Do not see any selling point of this place even if it is a few percent cheaper than most of the others.

We had queen bed instead of king size and we had bed bugs. Owner did not replay to our messages. Our room was old and dirty.

The accommodation is not worth the money you pay. The pictures are very old and outdated to the reality of the place. In comparison to other 3 star guest houses on the island, this should be a 1 star place. You can see that the owner only takes your money and in return they don't do any maintenance or renovations or upgrades on the place. The aircon hardly works, the shower is yellow toned from dirt and the shower head hasn't been clean for atleast 2 years. Sometimes the toilet doesn't flush. The matress sinks in when you lie on it and is very very old and in return you get a sore back. The food in the morning is also tasteless and the coffee horrible. The staff is very friendly and helpfull, but you can see from the place that the owner does not care about the maintenance and renovation and are just renting the rooms out to make money.

Upon arrival we had to wait for 2,5 hours before we could do the check in, even though we confirmed our early arrival before and were told it wouldn't be a problem. During our stay (4 days) our room was never cleaned. We had to ask for extra toilet paper ourselves. The garbage bins outside where full when we arrived and were only emptied on the morning we left, so there was nowhere to leave our garbage (we didn't have a bin in the room). The pool was very small, not so clean when we arrived and the tiles of the bottom came off. Breakfast was very basic (bread was not well toasted, one day eggs weren't even availble, jam on our table was expired).

The room and bathroom were spacious. Good airco. The property is located near the beach. There is a good restaurant nearby.

Kettina is a diamond. She helped us with lots of bookings (taxi, excursions, beach rsvp). She is so kind and beautiful. She has also left us some fruits, so we can have them for breakfast (we left at 6 am the next morning). The room was very nice, it had all the necessary facilities, it was very spacious and very clean.

The photos of this property seem old. We stayed in the family room. It was very dated. Some of the electrical sockets looked dangerous. The bathrooms were not to a standard you would expect from a guest house. There could have been more lighting in the bedrooms like bedside lamps rather than just one main light.

Staff and breakfast were great couldn't have been friendlier. My kids enjoyed having a pool. There are several shops and takeaways not far from the property which is good. We just use this as a base from which to explore the island. The staff kindly organised for us to keep one of our rooms for a few extra hours on the last day.

The staff was helpful, the bathroom was big. A bus stop was near the hotel. It is close to the airport.
