“Booking.com did not give reservation to hotel. Refrigerator didn't work and had to be exchanged. Found fake fingernail at foot of bed, tape on walls, hair everywhere in bathroom, shower door was covered in vaseline(?), hair and fingerprints. Manager Alec called to room to clean. I called twice because the front desk admitted he hung up on me the first time I called. Alec did clean room and apologized. Stated he would issue a refund. No conditioner in shower. Advised front desk at check out. She told us breakfast was over, when front desk at check in told us it ended an hour later. Haven't heard from anyone or seen a refund on my credit card.”
