    “Extremely comfortable bed, good clean facilities, very friendly and accommodating staff. The inclusion of a frequent shuttlebus to downtown is a big bonus, negating any consideration for finding a parking spot. I would suggest this could possibly be slightly improved with a drop-off / pick-up by the cliff walk.”

    “What did we like? We loved, loved, loved the location! The Sea Breeze Inn is close enough to downtown Newport's shops and eats to get there conveniently, and yet it is far enough away from all that traffic and congestion so you can relax and enjoy some solitude. We also liked the fact that the windows in our room actually worked as windows are supposed to, letting in those great ocean breezes, and letting us breathe fresh air. We also liked the cooked to order breakfasts each morning.”

    “Location was great - only a 10 to 15 mins drive to the mansions and downtown Newport. Room size of the 2 king suite was very good and water pressure was great. Coffee and tea were available 24/7 at the lobby. Staff were helpful when I had some issues with the WIFI. Housekeeping was quick and efficient - they came by everyday.”
