The lunch service by the pool operated by the single person was incredibly slow and not worth the $. Salad also arrived with a bug inside of it...

Personally, I wasn't fond of the view from my room, which faced a building with a digital billboard flashing throughout the night. I would have definitely paid extra if I had known that my room's view would be like that throughout my stay.

The breakfast is delicious, incredibly healthy, and well-balanced. I was seated promptly, and honestly, I look forward to enjoying my time there soon! As for the rooms, they are quite lovely, featuring a timeless minimalist design that ensures they will remain stylish for years to come, eliminating the need for frequent redesigns.

The $65 dollar a night valet parking is a bit much. Also we were right next to the Roof Top Bar/Club which was extremely loud however when we phoned through to front desk they immediately said we could move rooms and then gave us a bottle of wine for troubling us which was lovely.

We had a really poor experience at the hotel rooftop restaurant.

The hotel facilities are very nice and comfortable. The breakfast is good and the room is large and comfortable.

Not very kid friendly. Menu is more geared towards health conscious travellers, (but that’s our personal preference). Air conditioning was really loud and limited menu options. Would have preferred more of a variety. Beds were comfy but only one chair to sit on.

There was nothing I disliked

We enjoy walking and exploring places using the local public transport. The location of this hotel is close to the bus stops to Santa Monica, Venice Beach and you can walk to Sunset Plaza.

Plants in the room were not well taken care off, leaves yellowing. Daily replenishment of items was inconsistent and cleanliness could be a higher level given the standard of the hotel. Pool is quite small on the rooftop.

Consistent style and those with other 1Hotels, great location, rooms were comfortable and beautifully decorated. Nice to have the Audi e-tron test drive and drop off service. Great to have a Nespresso coffee machine in the room. Nice gym, fruit with flavoured water and spf available.

One of the rooms I booked had a bad smell when we checked in like someone had spilled food and the smell wasn’t gone til we checked out. Step in tub was a bit uncomfortable. I prefer a walk in shower.

Design and location were great. Loads of spaces to chill around the hotel. Good breakfast at hotel restaurant.

We paid for a room with a view of the city. But that view was kind of blocked by the “dreamcatcher nets”. The East tower has an uninterrupted view but most of the West tower is blocked. That was quite disappointing. Then again there was a lot of smog in LA while we were then so the views weren’t that impressive either. The gym was also very basic.

It’s a really well-designed hotel. Very nice details in the general areas. Loved the bird sounds in the morning in the lobby and breakfast area.

The location is great and the offer a town car to take you within 5km radius I believe. Only downside is that it only drops you off, doesn’t pick you up like the four seasons Beverley hills does. Besides the above, I didn’t have any issues with the hotel. Staff was fine, food was okay. Hotel lobby vibe was good. It was a decent stay.

The water in out room was not hot. You should consider removing carpets from bedrooms to accommodate those with allergies and asthma. and those with pets perhaps be on one floor. My sister really struggled to control her asthma during the stay because of the carpet.

The hotel furnishings and decor are beautiful. The service was really good.

Had to change rooms as was on street level and close to lifts. There was also a strike at the hotel so the protests were very noisy in the mornings.

Poor AC. Maintenance came twice and didnt fix properly No differentiation between hotel guests and uber drop off. Had to drag my cases whist 5 helpers stood ignoring me.

Room was just OK, maybe I personally didn't like the design, but the hotel outsides sets the bigger expectations, room felt like 3 stars.
