Upon arrival, there was a lingering smell of old smoke and mold in the whole building. The fish tank had green water and some large thing inside that was motionless. I did not want to get closer.. I was informed my room was on the 3rd floor,but the elevator did not work..After 20 minutes, I was given a room on the 1st floor. The room closet had a hole as big as a baseball. There was a gaping hole in the restroom next to the shower. I was informed by the office person that it is open because it's the emegency shut off valve. The refrigerator was not clean it had yellow, sticky stains and smelled unclean. The phone was not connected,, the TV turned on but there we're no channels so I stared at a blue screen for a few minutes.. There was only 1 towel, no toilet paper or disposable cups for water. During the two days I stayed,there was a mop with mop water by the elevators along with a big trash can.The woman in the office did not give me a receipt. She said she would email it to me and as of today, March 11th, 4 days later, nothing. She also said my daily rate was cheap because I booked through booking.com

The bed was dry and the shower had hot water. The room was very big. Bed sheets were washed even though they had numerous holes in them.After checking out early and notifying booking.com, I did get a refund of the days I did not stay.

First night was put in a room with no bed just a pull out couch and I was given dirty sheets. Second day they felt sorry and moved me to a room with a bed but I did a full check of the room and noticed black tar heroine sitting on a night stand in the room. For that reason and me being a licensed security officer I'm rating as bad as I am I would also like to request my money back from this stay but don't know the process to do it.

The room was bad and the staff was not honest. My son left his PS4 along with some other cords in a bag, in the room. They drove home and four hours later he noticed he left it. Called hotel and they said it would be in the morning since the staff that cleaned the room was already gone. Called next day and had to keep calling since they couldn’t get a hold of the cleaning person. Then come to find out they said it wasn’t there. But it was the only place it was. Month later someone logged in on his acct. so we knew it was there and they lied to us. Not staying there any more.

The lobby smelled of stale smoke. The hallway smelled of cat urine. The room was nasty. No curtain. Could not lower the ac. One of the closet door had a hole in it. The bathroom counter was sticky. The toilet had not been cleaned. One towel. The kicker was no toilet paper, soap, or toieltries. Also there is a gaint hole on top of the linien closet.

I paid $37.00 for a night. I was not expecting much.

This place was the biggest dump I've ever stayed in my life I had a mouse when I woke up right next to me on my pillow right next to my pillow on my bed tons of my tongue the Cockroaches and dirtiest place I've ever stayed in my entire life do not recommend this place at all needs to be shut down closed forever the OU in Edmond

No Breakfast, no soap, no trashcan. Very Nice people but comfort and security are lacking. No screens on the windows and a sponge was shoved into a hole in my door. They are remodeling and I hope they get things sorted because they are very nice, hospitable people.

The staff was unhelpful, unprofessional and threw away $30 worth of my belongings when they booked someone else into MY room and "cleaned". They endangered my belongings when they booked a stranger into my room and then took no responsibility for it and provided no compensation. There was no staff available to help us sort out the situation - we waited downstairs for 30 minutes, called the desk, tried to contact online, nothing. The "manager" knocked on my door afterwards to further inconvenience me, asking "who are you?" without even introducing himself. These people don't even know who they've booked into their own hotel. If you value your safety and belongings, avoid this dump at all costs.

The photos posted on the listing on Booking were absolutely nothing like the actual hotel. The curtains are held up by tacks, the Central Air doesn't work in the halls and common areas, there are holes and stains in the walls. The hotels reek of stale cigarettes and not to mention, there are mice that run across the floors at night.
