Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesThe didn’t serve the normal breakfast as advertised. The cook quit and there was no one to make the hot breakfast. Disappointed.
The hotel has be refurbished. It is much more comfortable. New beds, quite HVAC. Clean.

The hotel is on turn 7 at Sebring International Raceway, the home of the oldest auto endurance race in America and our balcony had a great view of the hairpin turn.

United StatesThe rooms were a little dated and our first room had a funky, mildew smell coming from the air conditioner. But after speaking to the staff, they changed our rooms without any issues.
Awesome hotel, especially if you’re a race fan! The rooms were a little dated but super comfortable. And we loved all the racing nods and details around the hotel, even down to the handle on the bathroom Sinks. Bar and food were incredible.

United StatesDuring check-in another employee was there and after the the person checking us in told us about putting a card on file for accidental the woman standing next to her said unless you break the bed. I thought that was completely unacceptable and extremely rude. I would of lost my mind but I just drove an hour there after working 13 hours and having no sleep prior.
Hotel was great and especially for the price. Would definitely go back.

United StatesA lady knocked on the door and I asked if I could help her. She just let herself right in the room, without being let in. Only to change the phone. Very rude. Plus we arrived at 2pm. Found out that check in wasn’t till 4pm. We told the clerk we would be back. Back at 4:15pm and was told our room was not ready. We sat in the lobby till 4:45 pm and was given a room key.
Nice place, even got to watch some cars racing/practice.

United StatesThe breakfast is not great. It is ok. The elevator is the slowest on the planet. Lol. Ironic for being at a racetrack. The shower head is quirky. It ends up making the area where you step into the shower, very slippery where the soap/ shampoo do not get rinsed into drain.
The bar/ bartenders are great. The setting is of course great! The rooms are nice, and the amount of space is good. I always love staying there.
