If we had longer to stay. We were so relaxed there

We have stayed in numerous Bed and Breakfast Inns. 1912 exceeded our expectations. Tracy and Tommy are the absolute perfect pair to run a Bed and Breakfast Inn. We will go back there

We simply loved everything about this place.

This is a charming property with loads of character. We stayed in the quirky Moroccoan room with a beautiful en-suite and windows facing the back garden. We were very comfortable there and had a good night's sleep. Tracey gave a lovely presentation of the history of the house over breakfast, and recommended the perfect place to have dinner and drinks. We made a last-minute booking, but Tom still managed to whip up vegan options for breakfast, which was completely unexpected and very much appreciated. Had not planned on staying in Sumter at all, but staying here is reason enough to come back!

amazing owners, who prepare delicious breakfast. The house is a historic building and is furnished with taste and care. It is only a few minutes walk to downtown Sumter where we went to a nice brewery. Did not know Sumter before but after that stay, we would stop there again if we drive up and down the coast

1912 was walking distance from the Downtown area. After a long day driving it was so nice to not have to get back in the car to get dinner. Tracy was warm, welcoming and very helpful, she even gave us some background history of the beautiful house and grounds. I would definitely recommend 1912!

Being in the over 65 group I did not like going up the outside stairway.

Very cozy. Great area for our dog to run and relax too. Loved the atmosphere of a early century home. Many details and pieces of the Era made a wonderful adventure. The modern updates were very nicely done. Tracy offered a history of the house which was very interesting. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. I gladly recommend a stay here.

The stairs were a bit steep especially with a heavy bag. Our bad.

Hostess Tracey was exceptional and very helpful. A pleasure to stay at 1912. The location was great. Close to downtown and yet on a quiet street. Our room was very good with private porch.
