My room was a lot smaller than I was expecting. Housekeeping didn't do very well with the cleaning. They emptied the bathroom trash and replaced towels then walked out. We had to ask them to come back so we could give them the other trash.

The front desk staff were amazing.

Room smelled slightly musty when we arrived

Great view of the harbor. Perfect location next to an awesome brewery and a park across the street right on the water. Tons of restaurants within a few minutes of hotel but far enough away from the super busy downtown area.

The secure bicycle parking in the garage/parking lot is situated in a way that makes it very inaccessible--it is behind a parking space that blocks access when a car is parked in that space. Given how convenient the hotel is to two heavily used bicycle trails, they should create more usable secure bicycle parking.

The hotel is at the beginning of two great bike paths--the Blackstone Trail and the East Bay Trail.

There was no literature or brochures in the room about the area. The resturant on site was partially closed,only breakfast and was not sure if that was only room service or if you could sit. I could hear noise from outside as if a window was open.I think it was coming in through the air conditioner.I could also hear activity from another room. It sounded like they were having a great time at 4 am. I would have liked some sort of vending machine for soda or water on the floor and a small market for incidentals like a newspaper or snacks. To be fair, I didn't inquire about the resturant or directions to local spots.I googled and I was there for the seafood festival.The hotel was next to expressway so some noise to be expected and overall not bad just louder then would seem normal.

I liked the room, very neat and comfortable. I really liked the shower very roomy and water pressure great. What little staff I saw very friendly and helpful. Location was great for my visit.

Its a no smoking facility but clearly people were smoking on the floor. That got very annoying- we could smell it in the hallways. Sad it doesn't have a pool - its the kind of hotel that should.

So...location was great. Check in and out was a breeze. Sheila was fantastic- she put us in rooms right next to each other and kindly helped us with our 17 year old! She was just so great about it, thank you! Free parking, and plenty of it. First night we were there, the fire alarm went off and we had to evacuate the hotel - staff handled it professionally and the fire department was there before we could even get out the door. Everyone was ok and we were able to go back in a few minutes later. Exciting for the kids... Also, great park right next to the hotel. Onsite guest laundry, very convenient. There is also a kind of game rooms (maybe x-box & Playstation- you need to go to the front desk to ask for the controllers). Looks like they also have board games. You can get breakfast for an extra fee. There is limited indoor parking and lots of parking outside.

It was a little scary that I heard gunshots outside around 1:30am.

I loved the view of the bay from our window and it was an easy walk across the street to a beautiful park on the water. The breakfast was amazing! Best home fries I have ever had!

A blood stain on the blanket and a set of ear rings on the sheets??? Breakfast: no juice at all, even though it was listed on the menu; not everything was available. Meager choices, poor quality.

The only issue with the room was that we found some cigarette ash on the top of the bed's headboard. Put us off.

The room was well kept and we had a king sized bed which faced the water which was nice. In addition the room was ready early which we also appreciated.

Nothing really! The location is right on the water which is pretty but it does take a little bit of walking crossing under a highway (or a very short drive) to get into the main part of Providence.

The room was very clean, the beds were comfortable and the curtains kept the room dark in the morning which was great for sleeping in a bit. In the lobby there was complimentary fruit and cold lemon water. It was a great spot for a weekend trip!

Rooms are small, can be a bit uncomfortable. My room was facing the highway and above a garbage area, the smell would seep in through the ac.

It is a nice property. It’s across a park/ area of water that is easily accessible to. Nice restaurant next door. Bathrooms are nice and clean.
