The property was nice over all. But to not have a working elevator is not right. Fire alarm going off twice in the middle of the night was terrible.

The property is slightly dated. The check in was brutal. I had requested early check in and it was declined, totally acceptable. What was not acceptable was the fact that we got there 15 min early and had to wait until 4 pm exactly. The gate to the outside opened but we found out later the lock was broken and not fixed.

The property is very well located. Close to the beach, close to restaurants and nightlife.

Cold floor, looks dirty, not comfortable. Not too bad, if the details are finalized it will be good. The first thing is to at least cover the floor with linoleum. The children's bed is not comfortable and the child did not want to sleep in it. It should be bigger and better - it doesn't cost much. You can put a blanket on the sofa, which can be changed after guests. Little things like that would make a big difference.

It is convenient that there is a kitchen and everything necessary for cooking and washing and drying things. THAT'S GREAT! The mattress on the bed is good. The bathroom is also good, although many parts need renovation.

The apartment was a little run-down, needs some work, but everything was working OK. Pool is not heated, so in January the water was cold, I guess in the summer it won't be a problem - but anyway the beautiful sunny beach is only 3 minutes walk.

Wonderful Miami Beach - South Beach location, price very attractive compared to others in this area. Only a few steps from the beach, and the famous Ocean Drive. Lots of space with kitchen and 2 bathrooms. Very important were washer and dryer, thanks to them we could only pack lightly for our extended 3-week stay. The apartment gave lots of washing / dishwashing detergents, even coffee for the coffee machine, olive oil for cooking. Very convenient that instead of a key there was an electronic lock with a code, so we didn't have to wait, and there was no problem of sharing keys when our group wanted to split. Tips: For cheap shopping go to small shopping center on 5th street. Food - Publix. Clothes, luggage - Ross. For moving around - FREE public trolley on Washington Ave. just around the corner. For best price and quality excursions - just get the biggest package from Big Bus Tours with Everglades, Key West, 2-days hop-on/hop-off bus around all of important places in Miami, directly on their web page, not from local shops.

The rooms were cleaned sufficiently enough. The furniture, rugs and floors were VERY dirty. The rooms were not all the same standard. Had to ask for a relocation because the room we were given was not the same standard as those marketed on booking.com.

Great location, good atmpsphere, lovely neighbourhood. The facilities were good and the apartments were equiped with all of the essentials. Customer service was very helpful and understanding. 10/10 for customer service.

As a return guest they changed my reservation for one small room good for 02 not for family of 04. At 11 pm they’re fixing the sofa bed and as I requested room change ( booking was having many options) the Clemency lady said no. I paid for one big bedroom like i had before #206 and got a tiny one #108

It could do with a bit of a spruce up as was looking a bit beaten up both in the apartment and in the common areas outside.

We got the 3 bedroom apartment for our family so it was great that my teenagers each had their own room. Great big kitchen (although we didn't cook) & the laundry facilities were handy too as we stayed for 6 nights so could wash before we moved onto our next destination. Pool was not huge but nice. Had a cool wee market directly across the road that did grocery items and also some takeaway food, we got the breakfast options quite a lot as it was cheap & really good. Trolley stop within 1 -2 minute walk but it was only a 5-10 minute walk to get to the main strip anyway.

The apartment is not new one - soon probably will need refurbishment but location and all equipment inside is perfect!!

Staff was perfect - in the beginning we had some problems because there is a lot of moisture - I didn’t like it and the staff changed me the apartment, then they installed in my apartment - Dehumidifier - very quick, and the problem disappeared

These are small things that can be fixed. In spite of these things. This is a lovely place! The mattress was sunken on the side by the window. The TV was blurry. There was no space in the bathroom to put my hair curler, lotion, makeup, etc . on, so I took the two tables in the living room and placed them in the bathroom. A little suggestion.

One of the apartment's 110 Master bedrooms flooded the first night there. I spoke with the representative and she stated someone would call before coming the next day and no one called. Then on the second night, the outlet in apartment 109 in the Master's bedroom stopped working the one next to go in the bathroom. Whoever stay above us we could hear children running back and forth. Outside the Master's bedroom in 110 we thought it was raining every morning but some water was running down on the building from somewhere.

No breakfast is offered. The rooftop pool was excellent just needs elevator access. A full-stock grocery store across the street. A huge plus if you wanted to cook some meals. Ocean Drive and South Beach and shopping down about 6-8 blocks away. Great location.

hello , 1. We don’t get the room we pay for it was not the same show in a photos . 2 . The bed very small and the sofa bed in a living room very very uncomfortable and very noisy on every move . 3 . Getting the shower to work better was a little difficult, but with a little strength we were able to get it going. Also, the only mirror in the apartment is the medicine cabinet in the bathroom. A full length mirror is needed!

did not like that it was advertised as 100% non smoking facility and then you had a standing ash tray right outside the front gate which had people smoking out there from 7am til nighttime so if we were on our outside area sitting or drying towells we had to endure cigarette smoke all day all night the couch was filthy my kids were afraid to sit on it let alone sleep on it/ there was no bedding for the sofa bed for our 7th guest the first night so we never even used the couch at all we had 3 people sleep in a bed meant for two and my teenage son and I slept together in very small bed- the chairs were ratty and filthy several appliances were dirty/had mold( like the blender so could not make smoothies there was no " rooftop terrace" as advertised we never got to use the pool- always something not opem, locked, closed for maintenance, closed for chemicals we stopped trying and gave up on going

We liked the air conditioner and the tv's with easy access to streaming platforms the sheets/linens were comfortable and clean the beds were comfortable

Everything was functional and clean but the room would benefit from a touch-up, there were signs of normal wear-and-tear.

Excellent location, well cleaned and tastfully decorated room. Rooftop pool was nice. Access with the door code was very convenient, no worries about losing the keys.

Three things were unacceptable: - The apartment does not match the pictures - There was a very annoying, constant noise coming from the bathroom ventilation system (and the toilette is just near the bedroom, so all night long hearing the noise) - The modem and IT system is in the living room, and there is a sign near it saying something like: "if you unplug the modem, the IT system collapse and an IT technician wil have to come and reset it, and you'll be fine 500 USD". No kidding. Having a 4 year old child, we could not risk staying there as he would have unplugged it sooner or later. It was super accessible to kids.

The apartment was in need of some repairs that we contacted Roami about. We did notice other units looked to have been renovated, so maybe the 3 bedroom unit we stayed in is next on the list.

Stayed in the spacious 3 bedroom apartment with well equipped living space and kitchen. The rooms had plenty of space and we had two clean bathrooms to choose from. The lovely warm pool on the top floor was perfect to relax in after a busy day taking in the sites.
