It was much smaller than anticipated. Photos showed many rooms but did not indicate which one I had booked. Unfortunately I did not realize this until I arrived and realized my room was not the one I thought. My room on the booking ID was different than the room I was actually assigned after I arrived. (Confirmation said 3801A I believe but got 3808B) so the original one may have been bigger. Not a huge deal after the initial shock as there were only 2 of us and we did not spend much time in the room anyways. Also parking was a bit expensive but that’s with most places in the area.

The location was nice, the building had laundry and a few restaurants, fire stick came in the TV so it was convenient to watch our shows at night! View was great. Overall clean, AC, wifi, a fridge, microwave, everything we needed for this stay.

No instruction b4 arrival and had to call for lockbox and room #. I stayed there for 11 days without any housekeeping. This air bnb didn’t provide safety box.

The elevators were a bit confusing and could have been more clearly explained. At one point the elevator stopped working without any notice and we had to walk down a couple floors. Luckily we ran into a worker who was able to get the elevator working again.

Location was very convenient for exploring the Waikiki night life and walking distance to the beach. Plenty to do around the area even if you just want to stay in!

One of the elevators was closed the whole time i was there. Elevator most days would take a long time to get to the floor and a few times had to wait for the next one.

Lots of traffic noise even from my room on the 38th floor. Didn’t make for the best sleep on some nights.

It was nearby a lot of restaurants and places for activity, such as Ala Moana Park. A long commute wasn’t too worrisome to get around in the area.

Dirty dishes (lipstick and coffee stains on coffee mugs), slow/broken elevators, smells of cigarette smoke wafting from neighbors throughout the day, building overall is rundown.

Beautiful view, great location within walking distance of points of interest, easy self check-in, comfortable bed and clean linen, quiet, available appliances (toaster oven, microwave, hairdryer, fan), dimmable lighting. Everything I needed for remote work without the worry of excessive noise.

It is equivalent to a hotel room with a kitchenette. Not very big. Building, unit and furniture very outdated. No frying pans to cook with. Limited sound proof, I listened to my neighbour talk on his phone for 10 minutes, I could hear whole conversation.

The location was great for me considering I was attending a conference at the nearby Convetional Centre. However, it's also a short walk to Kalakauwa Ave, which takes you to the beaches of Waikiki in a short while. The location is safe day and night and suitable for lone travelers. I really appreciated the prompt communication and helpfulness of the owner. Definitely a bargain at a great price.

The condo was very small, it was tidy but not deep Cleaned I cleaned what I used before I used it, the faucets were pretty dirty and there were fingerprints on the appliances. Sand on the floor, not a hope of using the bathtub for a bath, it’s too small, too coated with hard water stains and calcium buildup. Said there was two beds, one e was a horrible cot that could not be slept on because it was so uncomfortable and had stains on it. Overall I give it a 3/10 would not recommend.

We couldn't get new towels, one of our keycards didn't work on arrival and the front desk wouldn't help us re-code them (which seemed pretty strange). the hosts that I spoke to through booking.com were super informative and kind, I think it was just the staff they had working during our stay that weren't great.

The Cream Pot downstairs attached to the hotel was a must try. A little pricey, but worth it in my opinion. I definitely recommend the souffle pancakes, or the french toast! Also, try the Mocha from the coffee shop in the lobby :)
