It was a great location and everything was just as advertised. Although there wasn’t a dinning table, which was a surprise. Meals had to be eaten on the kitchen breakfast bar. Comfy big beds and great bathrooms. And a full kitchen of everything needed

Noisy busy area and upstairs neighbors make banging noises every so often. Checking in can be a challenge with a car. Directions can be more clearly.

Condo is very comfortable, clean and has everything that is needed. Location is fantastic with lots of restaurants & beach within walking distance.

The apartment is very well equipped. Large beds and bathrooms. A few minutes' walk to the ocean. Air conditioning. Two parking spaces in the same building. Elevator. Good contact with the owner.

Very nice apartment in a small complex with a pool and a hot tub and convenient underground parking. Host Anna has been very responsive and attentive to our needs, she also gave us very helpful tips about the area. The apartment was clean and has had everything we needed.

Nothing was to be said negatively. We enjoyed every moments of our stay. We are sad we had to leave next time we will book for longer.

Amazing location, flat and facilities. Amazing place to stay, the only sad part was leaving the area. Would recommend to everybody looking for a relaxing time by the Sea. Close proximity to shops/beach/marina with the most beautiful view. The entire place was clean with all needed to enjoy your stay.

The fob provided did not allow access to the pool or gym area. I did manage to obtain a different fob from the owner after 48 hours, but that provided access to a pool in a different block about a 4 minute walk away with no hot tub - which is clearly not in line with the pictures. Gym access was still not permitted. This should be sorted as the pictures should be a true reflection of what is provided.

The apartment is nicely furnished and is very comfortable. Kitchen was fully equipped which is often not the case, and the small touches like cloths and cleaning equipment all provided. The area felt safe. Beds were comfortable. We were fully aware from the description that it’s more of a one and a half bedroom and that worked fine for us as a family.

Do not stay with these dishonest and uncaring people, they firstly list the wrong location of the property and you have to find it yourself and then don't respond to emails, just overall horrible people to deal with, stay elsewhere in Marina Del Rey for peace of mind, they don't care.

The host lied in the Ad . The Ad said two (2) bedrooms and three beds. There was one (1) bedroom and one (1) bathroom. There was an area with a wall that had bed in it and I guess the plant was supposed to be privacy barrier but are was wide open with no door . There was no pull out bed. We eventually found mattress in the closet . We had paid $4k for 6days. My friend was very upset as she felt because the AD was misleading we did not have privacy of second bedroom booking .com . The owner then retaliated and accused us of destroying his mattress which we found in closet. He proceeded to harass us after we left and demanded that we pay an extra 1k and then told us there cameras in the apartment and would put the 1k on our credit report . We called booking.com. We had pictures of the AD and the apartments and mattress and how we left the apartment . We were told to just block host and that he was trying to scare us into paying more . Furthermore we found out the apartments is not even supposed to be used as airbnb as it leased. I was honestly shocked by the experience as I travel a lot and never had experience like this.
