Only thing comes to mind was our sink drained slow and the garbage disposal didn't turn on.

Most beautiful pool. Great central location to entertainment, resturaunts and the beach. Wheelchair friendly. We had a memorable trip and the best spot out of 3 families.

There were just a few of things I didn’t like, which isn’t major at all. One was the confusion on how to get there. Our GPS took us to a gate off the main road and I tried to push the gate number in several times which didn’t work and the call button for help didn’t work. Come to find out the way to get in is on the other side which is the scenic route road ( I believe) , after figuring that out it was no problem. Another mad frustration was trying to figure out what the key was for. Some instructions on everything as in what they key was for, where the beach gates was located ( which I did figure out what the gate code was for lol). As I do understand that there is only enough amenities such as in towels and wash cloths to accommodate the number of guests and it’s up to us to was them through out our stay but I put on my reservation that 6 adults will be in the condo and we only had 4 towels and 4 wash cloths. The last thing is I wish we had instructions on everything that needed to be done for check out. As mentioned above these are very minor requests and for the record this was my family’s first time to Destin and this place made it amazing

My favorite part was the pool. I have stayed in panama in nice areas with pools but was big enough to hold about 1” people with several guests on the property and also the respect the owners have for smokers. I was very appreciative and surprised that I could go out on my balcony and smoke. Like I’ve mentioned above I have stayed several places in Florida and had to literally leave the property or get charged 1000 dollars if caught. Mind you these places were double and one tripled in prices. The property was beautiful and I was very pleased with having a private beach access. Our condo was beautiful and well maintained and clean. We will definitely be staying at this location again in the future, each year we make a trip to Destin this will be our location to reserve!

Our particular unit could use a new mattress in the master bedroom—it was slightly lumpy. And there were quite enough blankets or comfortable seating.

Pools are big and well maintained. We loved having a one of the pools heated for cooler days and one not for hot days. The hot tub is a great feature too. The grounds are beautiful.

As guests, we were not permitted to park in the covered garage. We had to unload our vehicle in the rain.

The location was close to the beach and perfect for anyone looking to avoid the party scene. Other residents were kind and the pool was perfect.

we was very pleased with everything, although my gps took me to a secluded entry gate to a subdivision we shortly figured out the alternate route to access the resort.

i loved everything about it, from the location to the pool & private beach access. the room came equipped with everything to start off a great vacation. the wagon and chairs in the closet was a huge help with my children, and having your own washer and dryer was a huge help. 10/10 recommend this resort! we will be back!

The is NO staff on location except the pool guy, a house keeper (that didn’t understand English). Security for the complex is off location. You have to call a phone number for any problem. When we arrived we couldn’t get in the condo because the door code emailed to us was wrong. (Had to text for help) Wi-Fi was Al’s wrong code and had to text again for assistance. There was a empty whiskey bottle under the bed and food waste covered the patio table top.

Plenty of room in condo. Everything you need is there except food and drink. (Understandably) The master bed is very comfortable!

The room was dusty in some places. I dropped my earring in the bedroom and under the bed looked liked it hasn't been cleaned in months. The floors were not visibility dirty but dirty and dusty. So we're other things.

I wish the gate was across the street instead of down the street a little but it wasn’t too far. The cleaning fees were a bit pricey but that’s pretty normal in this area.

The room was pretty clean, upgraded, and decorated. There is was also a lot of space. It was over all very comfortable.

I loved that it was close to the beach the gate is a little bit further down the road but we loved the condo! The code did not work when I got there and I had to wait atleast 15 minutes for a cal with a new one. It was about 10 min before 10 and we were forced out of the condo bevsuee cleaning ladies were so rude and said it’s time already when I had told them we were cleaning up and almost out! But other then that we loved the area and our stay!

Struggles with the code to get in and the pool key was not where it said it was. Took us a phone call to find it. Our feet were black from the floor being dirty.

How close it was to the ocean and the pool area was beautiful. Greatly appreciated the wagon for our use, very helpful.

Patio furniture chair bottom is broke and taped up. Dryer needs replaced to a more energy efficient maybe one that does not take 2 hours not jkn to dry clothes.

Pros: Loved how easy check in was . Amazing view. Clean pool. Beautiful condo. Very clean. Felt at home. Comfortable beds. Cons: dryer needs updated, takes over 2 hours to dry completely and that’s even after husband cleaned the inside out under the lent trap. When it storms in the master bedroom all u hear is a smacking of the gutter off the building. Absolutely HORRIBLE. Needs to get a keurig coffee pot. And patio furniture needs to be replaced. Chair is broke and unlevel so it makes it hard to sit in 1 out of 2 chairs. Would be nice to have more outdoor seating.And need to be more clear where the gate is to get into beach is. 3 gates later we found it .

Please note two things. A) 206 was not the apartment we thought we were getting and B) no one is physically on site to help with any issues. That being said……Vacasa sent us no information other than a door code that did not work. We had to call their customer service for a working door code. The rep was wonderful I must say. It took her 2 more tries to get us in though. Then since vacasa sent us no information we didn’t have a code to get in to the gate that lets you down to the beach. Our friendly neighbors helped us out with that. We had to hunt through the apartment for a pool key and parking pass…. We finally found those and started to get settled in. We found some food on the floor, gross. A broken cookie jar in the cupboard, sharp pieces of it just laying there. We got a bowl out the cupboard to fix something to eat and it was dust covered so we felt compelled to wash everything before using, again gross. Looks like the patio never gets touched when the place is cleaned. The pull chain for the fan in bedroom was broken off so couldn’t use that. i found it in a dresser drawer. Not as convenient as one might think 😊. I had to hunt down a working tv remote for the bedroom because the one provided in there had backs missing or batteries missing. We have a sense of humor and just dealt with it and moved on. Once we got past these issues we did enjoy our stay but I would not recommend this particular apartment or going through vacasa. Since vacasa sent us no arrival or departure instructions we did our best and followed protocols similar to other places we rented. I will say the place has potential but needs some TLC, maybe some attention given to it in between guests and better representation than what we got.

The pool area was absolutely wonderful. Sheltered from the street and most noise from the street muted by lovely trees and shrubs. Not many places in this area had that advantage. The apartment itself…..eh…….. it was passable. A new coat of paint and clean drapes would really brighten the place up. The proximity to the beach was good as well as a couple of restaurants within walking distance. Overall the stay was good even with a few issues we encountered.
