Room was great and the bunk bed was fun for our kiddo we brought on the trip. Location was fantastic! Our son left his airpod at the hotel and they helped us get it mailed back to our home state!

Thin Walls: The walls seemed quite thin, as I could hear noise from neighboring rooms and the hallway. This affected my ability to fully relax and get a good night's sleep. Old Furniture: Some of the furniture in the room felt outdated. While the room was clean and well-maintained, updating the furniture could enhance the overall aesthetic and comfort of the stay.

Location Amazing: The hotel's location is unbeatable, just a 2-minute walk from the heart of Times Square. It's perfect for anyone wanting to explore the vibrant city life, theaters, and attractions without needing to travel far. Staff Nice: The staff at the hotel were exceptionally friendly and accommodating. They were always ready to help with any inquiries or requests, making the stay more pleasant. Clean: Cleanliness is a top priority here. The rooms and common areas were spotless, and housekeeping did an excellent job maintaining the standards throughout my stay. The Layout of the Room: I was impressed with the room layout. It was well-organized, spacious, and had a comfortable feel. The design made the room feel more like a cozy retreat amidst the bustling city.

The rooms were not to big and really dark - ok in Manhattan you cannot expect the sunshine in the room but with almost no daylight the wall papers should be white to give some light and its not like that. Beside it was impossible to grab something to eat even from the machines, because didn’t work

The hotel was really in the centre of everything that you want to see in NYC. Just a step from Times Square, the personel very attentive and helpful. We got the room almost without the window (yes it’s true unfortunately) but only just one question and they’ve changed the room for another one. Clean! Beds big and comfortables

very dark hallways. also the bed was surrounded with a padded ledge. A bit of a challenge for 70 year olds to get in and out of. I have never seen a bed construction like it. If I didn’t have arthritis it would have been no problem. Once in bed …. the bed was very comfortable

Room needs a deep cleaning. Wall papers were dirty, the mirror in the bathroom was broken, the switches of the lights were not functioning. I requested a silent room but they assigned me a room right next to the elevator!

Bed was awkwardly positioned next to the window/walls. Aircon was a little loud. FYI no breakfast options but being so close to Times Square, it wasn't an issue.
